We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Balbeid is a newly developing district in north Jeddah, an Obhur scheme with ongoing construction and streets that need constant maintenance. Sand and dust enter kitchens with every building project or repair work. Homes here are modern with polished floors, but they face harsh conditions from the area's continuous development.
Fine sand enters from open streets, and white chalky rings from irrigation appear on surfaces quickly. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Balbeid is still developing; streets are open and engineering projects continue. Sand enters from everywhere. Modern kitchens need constant sweeping, and floors need extra care because sand scratches new marble easily.
Homes are new and cabinets are gleaming. The environment around them is harsh: building dust and ongoing maintenance. Extra caution is needed in choosing the right product, and frequent cleaning is more important than in settled areas.
Complaints about rainwater drainage mean moisture can accumulate in homes. Extra moisture after cleaning could cause rapid mould. Strong ventilation and thorough drying are always necessary.

Cabinet fronts collect sand and dust; we remove both gently and avoid hard scrubbing on fresh varnish.
The hood accumulates building dust very fast; clean regularly and replace the filter as needed.
Oven and cooktop carry light grease and dust together; clean gently with an appropriate product.
Tiles behind the hob may trap sand; dry sweep first, then wipe gently with a mild product.
Sink and mixer collect dust and lime deposits; clean gently and dry immediately to prevent water spotting.
The floor needs gentle dry sweeping first always, then soft wiping with warm water only.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Balbeid's ongoing development phase means sand and dust enter constantly, so gentle routine dry sweeping is essential and soft products are needed for new surfaces, with thorough drying to prevent mould from potential moisture accumulation in the area.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Balbeid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
