We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Durrah is a new district in northern Jeddah made up of recently built villas and apartments in planned subdivisions. The kitchens here are modern in design but oil film builds on them just as fast: cooking mist settles on cabinet doors, the hood and the wall behind the hob, turning tacky and trapping dust. Cleaning a new kitchen requires the same deep approach and careful sequence as anywhere else.
Open-plan kitchens in Al Durrah's new villas need cleaning more often: oil film does not stay in the kitchen alone but spreads to adjacent furniture and walls. For the method itself, see our guide to kitchen cleaning.
White cabinets and aluminium fronts in modern kitchens show oil stains clearly. Grease traps dust and turns brown fast. Removal needs a strong degreaser that dissolves oil without damaging white gloss or brushed aluminium finishes.
The metal filter in the hood fills with fine grease particles quickly in new kitchens. Hot water alone does not lift them. The filter needs soaking in a powerful degreaser, soft brushing, then thorough rinsing before refitting.
A modern glass or stainless steel hob leaves a sticky grease film on the tiles behind it. White and grey tile shows oil stains plainly. Cleaning needs strong degreaser worked into the grout lines, then a final wipe so no residue remains.
A newly developed district with modern, open-plan kitchens in recent villas and apartments. Grease builds faster in open kitchens because oil mist travels into adjacent living areas and hallways.
White and aluminium cabinet fronts need a balanced product that does not leave streaks or dull the gloss, wiped top to bottom to prevent grease running down to lower doors.
The metal filter soaks in degreaser long enough for fine particles to loosen before soft brushing, then thorough rinsing to remove all chemical residue.
Modern hob and oven are cleaned exterior first, then interior, avoiding electrical components and focusing on them afterward once safety is confirmed.
Tiles and wall behind the hob are wiped top to bottom, with dwell time in grout lines to dissolve grease trapped between tiles and joints.
Sink and mixer are cleaned after all upper surfaces to prevent fresh grease running onto them, and metal mixer is dried thoroughly to avoid water spots.
Floor is mopped last with fresh water changed often, because in an open modern kitchen grease makes water cloudy very fast, and dark streaks show any residue.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Durrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
