We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Ruwais is an old district west of Madinah Road near the Corniche, where aged apartment blocks stand beside newer buildings. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins.
Al Ruwais mixes buildings decades old with newer blocks side by side. Old flats have corroded piping that leaves rust stains, and carpets here absorb road dust and cooking smells more than newer districts. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city, and Al Ruwais is part of it. Floors are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth by decades of foot traffic and easily marked by cooking grease rising from the street. Grease leaves dark shiny patches on smooth surfaces that are hard to hide.
Old kitchens and bathrooms carry scale deposited over many years of hard water use. The scale is thick and hard, sitting on taps and around drain rims. Removing it takes time and care, and deep scale may not come off completely.
Pipework in the older blocks has corroded over decades and leaves rust marks in basins. The rust comes from the water itself, not the cleaning. Removing rust stains is partly chemical and partly mechanical, and old deep stains may not vanish.
An old district west of Madinah Road near the Corniche, where ageing apartment blocks stand beside newer buildings. It borders Al Hamra, Al Sharafiyah and West Baghdadiyah, Hail Street is its liveliest thoroughfare, and it contains the International Medical Center, Haifa Mall, Al Ruwais Park and mosques, with older quarters under redevelopment.
Cabinets in Al Ruwais are usually old wood or degraded laminate with years of grease buildup. Extra time may be needed to soften and lift old deposits.
Extractor hoods are old and weak, and completely clogged. Full dismantling and soaking of the filter is often necessary.
Ovens and hobs carry old baked-on grease and carbon buildup. The degrease must work longer on oxidised, hardened deposits.
Tiles behind the hob may be old, cracked or loosely set, and covered in years of soot and scale. Gentle work only; harsh scrubbing risks dislodging tiles.
Sink and mixer are old with heavy scale and rust stains. Cleaning is slow and some stains may be permanent.
Floors are smooth worn terrazzo or old ceramic tile. Grease shows clearly as dark shiny patches. The final pass must be thorough; slipperiness requires ventilation and caution.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Ruwais sits about 1.5 km from Al Sharafiyah and about 2 km from Al Baghdadiyah West.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Ruwais too, and more than one can share a single visit.
