We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Baghdadiyah East is an old quarter north of Al Balad on Madinah Road, built in the 1960s and 1970s with shops on ground floors and flats above. The floors are worn smooth terrazzo that has polished over decades, so grease sticks hard to the gloss and does not mix with the surface the way it does on rough floors. The main road stays busy all day, so black dust drifts into kitchens with the air.
Terrazzo floors worn smooth over long use trap grease harder than rough surfaces do, and the daily work needs longer because the grease sticks tight to the polished finish. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Terrazzo from the 1960s and 1970s is very smooth from decades of use, so grease slides on the surface and does not mix in but grips hard against the polish. Daily wiping leaves dry streaks that water cannot dissolve, and the sticky feel returns quickly.
Ground floor shops and restaurants cook every day, their smoke and airborne oil drift up through openings into flats above. Your kitchen grease mixes with shop smells, making the odour harder to remove through cleaning alone and requiring strong ventilation.
Madinah Road and Al Matar Street carry heavy daily traffic, and fine black dust from truck exhaust and vehicle fumes drifts into kitchens. This soot mixes with grease to form a stubborn black film that is very hard to remove completely.
An old quarter north of Al Balad on Madinah Road and Al Matar Street, filled with apartment buildings from the 1960s and dense ground floor shops serving daily needs, built as one of the first areas outside the historic city wall and carrying heavy traffic every day.
Old cabinet fronts collect thick grease on the smooth surface, and seams between cabinet sections trap black dust mixed with grease. We focus on crevices with a small brush to clear trapped soot and oil.
The filter is black and stubborn from a mix of grease and fine black dust from the road traffic. We use a strong warm water soak with degreaser and let it sit for an hour to break down the trapped soot layer.
The old hob and oven carry many years of black stubborn buildup from mixed grease and road soot. We leave the degreaser on much longer because old grease holds hard and needs time to dissolve completely.
Old tile behind the hob has deep grout lines. Black soot settles in the joints with grease, so we focus on the lines with a small brush to clear all trapped particles and oil.
The old sink and tap carry heavy limescale and red rust stains. We use a limescale remover after degreasing to brighten the metal and dry it completely.
We dry the terrazzo floor with a lint free cloth because moisture leaves white spots on the old smooth surface and the floor becomes slippery if left damp.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Commercial area: offices, showrooms and small stores
The commercial zone means your kitchen experiences cooking smoke and odours from shops below as well as black dust from the main roads, so cleaning needs a strong degreaser and more time on the old worn surfaces that grip grease harder.
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Kitchens on Madinah Road and Al Matar Street near the Jeddah Governorate Building and Al Aziziyah Mosque, in a dense old quarter, need deep cleaning that accounts for the worn terrazzo floors and the black dust the busy roads bring daily. Work is organised around the dense ground floor shops and constant street traffic.
We provide these in Al Baghdadiyah East too, and more than one can share a single visit.
