We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Mulaisa lies on Al Lith Road at the far southern edge of Jeddah, a new development district with subdivided land and construction only beginning. Curtains here face wet construction dust from excavation and development, and high humidity from the active building sites surrounding the area.
Curtains here are filled with fine wet construction dust and white particles from cement and lime, carrying far more moisture than completed neighbourhood curtains. For the method itself, see our guide to curtain cleaning.
Excavation and development release ultra fine damp particles of cement, lime and sand, finer and stickier than ordinary dust. Thin curtains trap this dust in their folds.
Water used constantly on construction sites raises air humidity around the district continuously, so curtains stay damp even without rain, and drying slows dramatically.
The road itself is used for construction vehicles and heavy haulage, adding dust on top of what comes from the excavation nearby.
The district stretches along Al Lith Road between scattered developing areas, mostly subdivided land without completed building, with warehouses and ongoing development at its edges.
Fabrics are typically new in this newly built district, but quickly covered in building dust so they look aged.
Metal fittings are new but may corrode rapidly from the high moisture around building sites.
Dry vacuum needs great strength and extended time to lift the wet particles from construction dust.
White stains from lime and cement need very mild acid solvent and repeated rinsing.
Washing in warm water helps loosen cement particles without hot water damage to the fabric.
Drying must be in very high ventilation away from the building site to prevent new dust settling as the curtains dry.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development here means building is not just around the district but inside it too. Moisture and dust are not temporary visitors but current conditions, and curtains will remain under construction dust pressure until development is completely finished across the whole area.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Access to Al Mulaisa is via Al Lith Road itself which bounds the district, and work in the area happens near the Ring Road and 60th Street where construction and vacant plots are most concentrated.
We provide these in Al Mulaisa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
