We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Masarrah is a quiet new residential subdivision in south Jeddah, set back from the coast, with villas and undeveloped residential land plots side by side. Curtains here trap lighter dust than coastal areas but some grease from distant truck roads. Cleaning is more straightforward because conditions are less harsh.
Curtains here are less heavily soiled than other south Jeddah districts, dust is paler and grease from truck roads builds more slowly. For the method itself, see how we approach curtain cleaning.
Al Masarrah is set back from the beach so sea salt has less impact. Heavy coastal humidity drops. Curtains do not grow damp and heavy like areas closer to the water.
Al Masarrah is new and the plots around villas are fairly clean. Dust from distant roads is lighter than dust from crowded south Jeddah coast. Curtains get dirty more slowly.
Empty plots around villas are quieter than the busy south Jeddah markets. Smells are less and grease is less. Curtains need lighter treatment than other districts.
A quiet residential subdivision in south Jeddah, set back from the coast, with villas and undeveloped residential land plots side by side, situated toward the southern corniche of the city though lighting, paving and utility connections remain incomplete.
Fabric is usually new and fittings are modern and strong. Villas are new and standards are better. We test but expect good response.
Removal is straightforward because rods and fittings are new and tight. No rust and fabric is relatively strong.
Dry vacuum is moderate. Dust is lighter and grease is less. Normal vacuuming removes most surface soil.
Stains are few and treatment is light. The district is quiet and grime is less deep. No heavy treatment needed unlike other areas.
Washing in moderate warm water. New fabric is strong and grime is less deep. Normal washing is enough without extra harsh treatments.
Rehang is easy and fast. New fabric dries at reasonable speed. Drying needs normal ventilation only.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Masarrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
