The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Taybah is a newly developed northern district between Wadi Obhur and open country, on Asfan Road amid villa plans still under construction. The air here is dry and dust is coarse and pale, coming from land and building rather than sea. Chandeliers in new homes may be recent and sensitive, wiring is new but may be stressed by vibration and ongoing work. Ceilings are high and spaces fairly open, but distance from the city centre may affect coordination.
Villas here are very new and still completing, and active building means dust and vibration. Electrical wiring is new but may be stressed by contractor work. For the method itself, see the full chandelier cleaning page.
Distance from sea means dry coarse dust from soil and construction. No coastal humidity, dust is lighter than south Jeddah but coarser. It settles on fixtures differently, less sticky but more abrasive.
New villas here hold imported chandeliers that may be expensive and very fragile. Hard water or wrong cleaners can damage crystal. Cleaning needs special care.
Active construction around the villa means repeated vibrations that may affect chandelier mounting. Initial inspection is essential to verify fittings are secure despite vibration.
The district lies east of Jeddah near Wadi Obhur on Asfan Road, with land subdivisions and villas still under construction, in a dry area at some height with no coastal humidity.
Type is brand new and sensitivity is very high. Initial inspection is essential to determine safe cleaning method and safety.
Power-off at the main board is usually safe, but inspection verifies new wiring is clearly documented.
Pre-removal photography is essential with new complex chandeliers, to avoid reassembly error.
Each crystal is washed in warm distilled water and very soft brush, without harsh cleaners.
New frame and metals need very gentle brushing and complete drying to prevent oxidation.
Reassembly is precise and lit inspection confirms safety and full light.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development with villas under construction in a dry inland location. Coarse pale dust from building and open ground. Chandeliers are brand new and sensitive, and vibrations from ongoing construction may stress fittings.
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.
We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Taybah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
