The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Al Falah is a new district in northern Jeddah beside King Abdullah Sports City, with new villas and apartment blocks that hold chandeliers collecting sand and dust from gardens and courtyards. The district sits near major sports facilities and schools so there is constant movement and dust generation, and the new chandeliers have not yet been tested in routine maintenance so they darken quickly.
Buildings here are recent so electrics are clearly marked and ceilings are high, but proximity to the sports city means wind carries athletic field dust and sand quickly, and chandeliers darken faster than elsewhere. For the method itself, see how we approach chandelier cleaning.
King Abdullah Sports City sits very close by, so air carries field sand, dried grass fragments and dust from open ground. Chandeliers collect this dust much faster than in other districts and darken noticeably even if they were clean a month ago.
New villas and flats have private gardens or shared green space. Fine sand enters on shoes and clothes and on the wind, and spreads across the open interior spaces. The chandelier catches this sand and dust from every corner of the home.
New villas and flats have not been occupied long, so most owners do not yet know how a home in this climate and location should be maintained. Some believed a new chandelier never needs cleaning. We are often the first to dismantle it, and we may discover the electrics have never been checked.
A new district in the east north of Jeddah beside a major sports facility, mixing villas and apartment blocks with a public park, health centre and schools. The ground is elevated and ventilation is good.
King Abdullah Sports City running alongside means inspection timing may fall during peak sporting hours: we choose a quieter window and plan around schedules.
Ceilings are high and villas are new so circuit breakers are clearly marked and accessible: we cut the chandelier circuit and test before any dismantling.
We photograph from multiple angles and map crystal layouts precisely, especially for complex modern chandeliers.
Pieces wash in warm water and mild soap, and fine sand may be deep in crevices so we soak a little longer.
Frame and arms wash individually and dry fully before reassembly, and modern metals often polish quickly.
We reassemble exactly by photograph, test each bulb, wait a full hour before applying full mounting load, and recommend routine cleaning annually.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
Al Falah sits within reach of King Abdullah Sports City on one side and Al Falah Park on the other, and positioning between these landmarks makes access clear. The main street leads directly to the sports city plaza, and Al Falah Park lies on the opposite edge of the district.
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.
We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Falah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
