The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Balbeid is a subdivision within Obhur Al Shamaliyah, a newly laid out scheme with villas and flats, basic services in place but residents have reported deteriorated asphalt and poor rainwater drainage on internal streets. Villas here are relatively new with modern bathrooms, but weak drainage causes excess moisture, hard water leaves scale fast, and mould takes hold in grout lines from trapped dampness. Standing water in streets raises groundwater around the homes.
Bathrooms here show higher moisture than neighbouring areas because street-level drainage is poor, and mould returns faster than in established districts nearby. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
The district is newly laid out and drainage is weak, so groundwater is elevated. Damp proof courses in foundations may not be ideal, and moisture rises from the ground into the bathroom. The bathroom stays damp even if unused for hours, and mould breeds fast in the constant moisture.
The villas here are new with wide windows opening onto gardens and courtyards. Fine sand and irrigation moisture enter the bathroom. Damp air from outside mixed with winds causes elevated humidity throughout the home.
Tap water is hard and the extra moisture causes rapid condensation on glass and taps. Every water droplet leaves a lime mark. Cleaning must be frequent and deep to prevent scale building up.
Balbeid is a new district in north Jeddah with villas and flats, but weak rainwater drainage raises groundwater around the buildings affecting interior humidity.
Surfaces here are new and varied between marble, porcelain and advanced ceramic. We test each type with a safe product before starting work.
Metal taps are shiny and new; limescale shows fast from hard water and high humidity combined.
Grout despite its newness blackens fast from constant moisture. Deep soaking and individual cleaning of each line is necessary.
Glass and new mirrors are clean but moisture fogs them fast. We use a technique that leaves them clear longer despite humidity.
Bath and toilet are high-grade ceramic. We focus on scale removal and mould carefully without scratches.
Weak street drainage may affect house drainage. We clean outlets and the exhaust fan and advise ventilation improvements.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
The district is newly developed and drainage is weak, so groundwater is high and mould grows fast. Cleaning must address moisture rising from the ground and falling from above simultaneously, not just visible surfaces.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Balbeid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
