The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Furqan is a new subdivision in Obhur Al Shamaliyah, one of the newest northern Jeddah schemes, surrounded by vacant land and active building works. Brand new villas with marble and porcelain floors are spotless today, but construction dust enters daily through windows and gaps. Fresh supply water leaves thick scale on new taps and glass. The bathroom here is very new, but continuous building around means regular cleaning cycles from day one.
New villas on large plots with developing gardens, but ongoing construction in and around the scheme raises fine dust daily that enters the bathroom. For the method itself, see our bathroom cleaning service in detail.
Vacant land and excavation in Al Furqan and neighbouring schemes release fine dust that penetrates windows and cracks every day. Even brand new villas with new windows cannot keep fine construction dust completely out. Continuous building means persistent dust.
New tanks filling the scheme contain very mineral-rich water, and deposits are thick and hard. Scale from fresh water in sealed tanks is much harsher than aged city water. New taps and fixtures are coated white in just a few weeks.
Brand new marble and porcelain are very soft and scratch easily. Fine dust carries small sand particles that scratch the floor with every step. New surfaces deteriorate quickly during this building phase.
A new housing subdivision in advanced development stages, surrounded by land being prepared and scattered building activity, with infrastructure still under development.
Very new surfaces in Al Furqan are made of very soft marble and porcelain, and careful testing is essential before scrubbing.
Limescale from very hard fresh water requires a strong removal agent but one safe on very soft new marble.
Grout lines trap fine dust from building activity, and gentle cleaning is needed because new tile is very fragile.
Glass and mirrors return to clarity easily, but irrigation rings from hard new water may be heavy.
Ceramic and bath are brand new and trapped sand needs very careful removal to keep surfaces unmarked.
The drainage system is brand new and very clean, though construction dust may lodge in new pipes.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Active building means the bathroom never finishes cleaning; it needs daily care from dust arriving constantly. Very soft new materials demand gentle handling, not aggressive scrubbing, and protecting surfaces from dust and sand matters far more than cleaning intensity.
We provide these in Al Furqan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
