The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Durrah is a newly developing district in north Jeddah where most villas are recently released and newly constructed. Yet the new bathrooms here face rapid challenges: white grout lines darken from early mould, hard water scale forms on new taps within weeks, and smooth floors scratch easily from sand. The building is new but the problems do not wait.
New bathrooms here are freshly used but limescale and mould problems appear very rapidly from the start. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
White grout in new construction has not yet faced heavy moisture, but the first months of use see initial fungal growth. Dust from new walls mixes with humidity and feeds the mould rapidly.
New shiny taps lose their lustre fast from hard water deposits. White scale shows within the first weeks of use on every chrome or stainless surface.
New ceramic and polished porcelain floors are delicate. Sand grains and dust from ongoing construction nearby scratch the glossy surfaces with minimal pressure.
A district within the Obhur North extension, newly released land and homes. Construction is ongoing and floors are still settling after finishing.
All surfaces are brand new: shiny metal, glass, ceramic and fresh grout, everything is delicate and has not yet met heavy moisture.
Early deposits form fast and accumulate, hard water works quickly on new metal surfaces.
Grout was not factory treated for protection, we apply a protective layer after cleaning.
Glass and mirrors are highly polished and deposits show immediately.
New drains may need initial cleaning of construction dust inside the lines.
Ventilation is critical in new construction to remove excess moisture and off-gassing.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Bathrooms in the newly developed Al Durrah are brand new, everything is fresh and the environment has not yet stabilised. Early moisture causes rapid problems. Ongoing construction around the area means extra dust enters homes.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Durrah bathrooms are reached via the Jeddah Madinah Road which connects the district to surrounding areas, and proximity to Abhor Mall means access is straightforward and scheduling is simple.
We provide these in Al Durrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
