The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Rahmah is newly developed on open flat ground well inland, where villas rise among vacant plots as construction progresses around them. The bathroom arrives shiny from the builder but construction dust settles on everything, and hard water scale forms rapidly on new taps and glass. The site remains incomplete, which changes how cleaning must work there.
Fine construction dust from ongoing work settles on surfaces faster than it dries, and newly built bathrooms need repeated cleaning until the site stabilises. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
The subdivision is still under development and vacant plots around it generate fine dust that settles on glass, mirrors and taps. A bathroom arrives gleaming from the builder but active construction changes that quickly.
New villas retain hard water deposits on taps, glass and new ceramic much faster than older homes do. Scale appears visibly on new bright surfaces within days of the bathroom being occupied.
Internal streets remain unpaved, so moisture collects in low points. The bathroom retains more dampness than completed neighbourhoods, and mould begins in corners earlier.

We test each surface first: new shiny finishes need gentle handling so abrasive cleaning does not scratch them.
Limescale on new taps and fittings comes off by soaking, and deposits fall away by themselves without scrubbing.
New ceramic grout lines are clean but fine dust from the site settles in them fast, so we clean them with sensitivity.
New mirror and glass shine but collect scale and dust quickly, so we clean them gently to avoid scratching.
New basin and bath are bright but covered in fine construction sand. We rinse them thoroughly then dry them so hard water does not leave marks.
Floor drain and ventilation: we check the drain for sand and dust blockages, and leave windows open until the bathroom is completely dry.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development means bright new surfaces and active construction dust around them. The bathroom needs protection from fine dust and fast limescale buildup on new finishes, and regular cleaning during the construction phase around the neighbourhood is essential.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
