The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Barakah is a south Jeddah subdivision split by Al Lith Road into two sections, with villas built out gradually among wide stretches of vacant land. The new villa bathroom arrives shiny but coastal dampness and oily dust from the port and industrial city make it lose its shine fast, and mould settles into grout lines from the raised humidity that this southern latitude brings.
Coastal humidity and oily dust from the port and industrial zone reach Al Barakah despite its distance, and new bathrooms need regular cleaning. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
South Jeddah sits close to coast and industry, and humidity reaches Al Barakah from afar. The new villa bathroom retains moisture that deposits mould in tile grout fast.
Oily particles from the industrial zone and port travel on the wind to the new subdivision. They settle on mirrors, glass and taps, then mix with limescale to form a stubborn coating.
The wide open plots around the villas release moisture at dusk from evaporation. The bathroom traps this extra dampness, and mould returns fast.
A new south Jeddah residential subdivision divided by Al Lith Road, with new villas on recently subdivided plots among wide stretches of open land and incomplete services.
We test each surface first: new finishes in the villa need gentle handling to avoid damage from scrubbing.
Limescale on new taps and fittings mixes with oily dust, so we soak longer.
New ceramic grout collects oily dust and mould together, treated with extended soak then careful brushing.
New glass and mirrors get dirty from mixed scale and oily dust, cleaned gently.
New basin and bath trap moisture from oily dust, dried thoroughly after cleaning.
Floor drain and ventilation: we check the drain for dust blockages, and leave windows and extractor running until completely dry.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
The subdivision sits along Al Lith Road which divides it into two sections, with villas rising gradually among the vacant land. Access to homes comes via Al Lith Road and then internal streets, and cleaning must coordinate around heavy truck traffic on the main road.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Barakah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
