We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Rahmah is a new subdivision in south Jeddah laid out on flat open ground inland from the coast along Al Lith Road. Villa plots are built out gradually among stretches of vacant land, with several side streets still unpaved and services yet to be fully established.
Al Rahmah is near heavy truck routes and industrial areas, dust and soot darker and oilier than north Jeddah areas. For the method itself, see how we approach villa cleaning.
Villas are built out gradually in Al Rahmah with other projects ongoing. Vacant land and unpaved streets raise construction dust. The first clean may not be enough because dust arrives from surrounding projects. Follow up a week or two later is necessary because pollutants are constantly arriving during the building phase.
South Jeddah is close to the port, industrial city and heavy truck routes. Diesel smoke rises and settles on everything. The soot is oily and sticky, leaving hard stains on glass and fabrics. Net curtains blacken fast and diesel smell may enter the house.
Although Al Rahmah sits slightly inland from the coast, sea moisture still reaches it. Bathrooms may develop mildew and cement floors in older neighbouring housing darken. Musty smell from trapped moisture and soot together may enter the new villa through shared walls.

High surfaces and light fittings carry a layer of black diesel soot, needing soft brushes and mild acid and good air flow.
Stairs and handrails carry hand marks and oily soot residue, cleaning needs firm cloths and mild acid to remove the oily layer.
The kitchen is black with soot, grease and moisture together, cleaning needs strong treatment and excellent air flow and complete drying.
Bathrooms have mildew from moisture, soot and salt combined, cleaning includes strong ventilation and anti mould treatment and complete drying.
Windows and tracks are black with oily soot, needing frequent washing and tracks needing mild acid to remove stuck soot deposits.
Entrances and thresholds take heavy soot and dust from the road and trucks, needing frequent cleaning and hard sanitising.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development in an industrial area means pollutants are not temporary but continuous. The new villa is surrounded by building projects and pollution sources from every direction.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
