We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Taybah is a new district in east Jeddah near Wadi Obhur, villas under construction on Asfan Road. The air here is much drier than the coast, the dust is coarser and paler than dust from heavy roads. Active building releases moisture from excavated soil, but the dry air desiccates it fast, leaving harsh grit on teak and fibreglass.
Dust here is coarser and paler than on the coast, entering under doors each morning and leaving a layer on every flat surface. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
East Jeddah adjoins open land and ring roads exposed to wind. Dust here is coarser than coastal salt dust, with larger particles that scratch paint quickly. Cleaning needs careful dust removal without scraping the hull.
Dry air from the ring roads desiccates teak and paint fast, causing fine cracks to form. Dry cabins also need regular moisture or furnishings will shrink and split.
Building work excavates soil and raises groundwater humidity, then dry air desiccates it fast, leaving sticky damp dust. This dust clings to surfaces and dries quickly, making it hard to remove.
A new northeastern district near Wadi Obhur, villa subdivisions in various stages of construction, on Asfan Road between other neighbourhoods, dry air from ring roads and open land beyond them.
Exterior surfaces need initial sweeping before rinsing, to clear coarse dry dust without scratching.
Teak needs protective oil after cleaning, because dry air causes quick and visible cracking.
Dry cabins need regular moisture to prevent timber and furnishings and seals from shrinking.
Galley and cooking areas need to clear both dust and ground moisture together, a difficult mix.
Cabin washrooms are affected by building moisture more than dryness, and need active ventilation.
Soft furnishings dry fast but need frequent washing to clear fine building dust.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
The new-development district here is distant from the sea and close to open land and hills. Building work raises ground moisture but dry air dries it fast, leaving sticky damp dust that is hard to clear.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Taybah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
