We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Quba is a small residential district in east Jeddah between the university and the airport, on Asfan Road within the eastern extension zones. The air here is drier than the coast but desert dust mixes with moisture from new excavations and nearby building. Cabins need a delicate balance: dry air dries timber, but groundwater humidity from digging seeps in under doors.
The district is small and traffic is light, but proximity to the university and airport means dust from these sites enters regularly. For the method itself, see our guide to yacht cleaning.
Quba is distant from the sea and close to open land and hills, so air is drier and dust is coarser. Sand and grit particles enter cabins through openings, and dry air desiccates teak fast.
Excavation and building around the district raise ground moisture, which mixes with dry air and leaves damp sticky dust. This dust enters cabins and dries fast, leaving traces.
Quba sits between dry air from ring roads and ground moisture from digging. Cabins need delicate humidity balance: too dry causes cracking, too damp causes mildew.
An officially recognised small administrative district in east Jeddah near the university and airport, on Asfan Road, a mixed area of residential zones and apartment blocks, close to open land and hills beyond the ring roads.
Exterior surfaces need initial sweep then rinsing, to clear fine sand without scratching, then quick drying.
Teak needs regular protective oil because dry air causes cracks, and regular inspection is essential.
Cabins need precise humidity balance: enough ventilation but not excessive, and moisture around fifty percent.
Galley and cooking spaces need frequent cleaning of sand entering from openings.
Cabin washrooms are affected by nightly moisture, and ventilation must be active each morning.
Soft furnishings dry fast but need frequent washing from fine sand and dust.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Quba too, and more than one can share a single visit.
