A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Sahel is an emerging coastal district in south Jeddah on Al Saif Corniche on the Red Sea, a new residential waterfront with villas, flats and shops. The sea is immediate and heavy goods roads are near, so below the home is salt air leaving a faint film and above it diesel soot. Salt, soot and humidity together mean cleaning here protects the investment from rust, mould and darkening.
Constant salt air and nearby heavy roads, salt and soot accumulate on surfaces, and excess humidity encourages mould. For the method itself, see our house cleaning service in detail.
A coastal home faces three challenges at once: salt from the air, soot from the heavy road, moisture from the sea. Surfaces rust quickly, curtains grow heavy with salt and damp, iron and metal begin to corrode before cleaning reaches them.
Constant sea moisture provides ideal conditions for fungi. Bathroom, kitchen and sealed storage grow mould before it is noticed. Deep cleaning and regular ventilation are not a choice but a necessity.
The home is new and surfaces are fresh, but salt, soot and humidity do not wait. Paint, marble and metal all suffer quickly without protection from the start. Regular cleaning and special products are the defence.
Al Sahel lies on the western edge of south Jeddah near Al Saif Corniche on the Red Sea, with a varied property mix of land, villas, apartments and shops. Established electricity supply and regularly planned streets point to an emerging coastal residential strip.
Coastal salt and dust fall from above, strong sweeping before mopping removes particles and prevents ring marks.
Bathrooms need special mould prevention products because constant coastal humidity encourages growth.
Kitchen surfaces need protection from salt and soot and humidity together, with products matched to each surface.
Marble and porcelain floors are mopped carefully because salt makes them slippery, and instant drying is crucial.
Glass and mirrors need weekly cleaning from salt spray, special product removes white rings completely.
Touch points and bins are sanitised, and metal surfaces need protection against coastal rust.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
Coastal means salt and soot and humidity work together against the home, so cleaning here must be continuous protection not just against dirt but against chemical damage. A new coastal investment needs a team that understands the sea.
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Sahel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
