We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Sahel is a coastal district in south Jeddah directly on Al Saif Corniche by the Red Sea, where high humidity and salty sea air affect everything throughout the year. Sea salt deposits on glass and outdoor upholstery fabric, causing corrosion and stiffening. Fabrics and furniture absorb moisture at pace, and mould appears in bathrooms and closed corners rapidly. A chalet here needs special treatment because salt and dampness are factors wholly different from the rest of Jeddah.
Sea salt deposits on glass and curtains before the floor dries from the last mop, and upholstery and sofas pick up the smell of salt and dampness within days. For the method itself, see our chalet cleaning service in detail.
Close proximity to the sea means salt deposits on everything: glass, windows, curtains and outdoor furniture. Salt causes fabric corrosion and stiffening, and leaves a white coating on glass that looks like the home is sealed. Cleaning needs repeating at least weekly.
Damp salty air penetrates the home from every angle. Bathrooms, dark corners and enclosed spaces become mould breeding grounds at pace. Fabrics, clothes and upholstery absorb dampness and smell of mould within a week if not ventilated regularly.
Outdoor surfaces and balconies accumulate salt deposits rapidly. Tile, ironwork and metals corrode and change colour from salt. Regular fast cleaning is the only answer to prevent permanent rust and corrosion.
Al Sahel is a coastal district on the western edge of south Jeddah near Al Saif Corniche on the Red Sea, with villas, apartments, residential land and a waterfront promenade, plus established electricity and regularly planned streets.
The kitchen faces the sea street and is exposed to salt, and work surfaces and appliances need weekly salt cleaning. Ventilation fans need frequent salt clearing.
Bathrooms stay damp and need strong ventilation immediately after use. Fungal growth and mould develop rapidly, and daily cleaning is essential. Mirrors and glass show salt and grime.
Large outdoor seating is exposed to salt directly. Tile and ironwork need hard scrubbing. Outdoor furniture corrodes fast and needs weekly cleaning.
Marble and porcelain floors show salt and dampness marks. The outdoor courtyard needs daily sweeping of sea sand and salt.
Bedrooms and living areas need regular ventilation to remove dampness. Curtains and furniture need regular brushing and frequent washing.
Final tidy needs cleaning balconies and windows of salt and damp clothing.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
A coastal area means salt and dampness are core factors in every clean. The chalet here does not manage ordinary dust and grit but rather the continuous impact of the sea. Cleaning, airing and fast drying are the answer, not salt and dampness prevention, which is impossible, but their management.
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Sahel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
