We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Mareekh sits in east Jeddah at the foot of the Mareekh Mountains close to the dry Wadi Al Qaws valley. Homes here sit between mountains and dry wadis, and the dust is heavy and pale, filled with rock particles and fine sand from the mountains and wadi floor. It enters homes readily under doors and settles on floors extremely rapidly, and windows facing the mountains receive sharp dust carried on the dry mountain air.
Sofas and curtains fill very rapidly with heavy dark dust from the mountains and valley, requiring deep washing because mountain dust carries heavier particles than dust from flat terrain and carries sharp granules that sit deeper in fabrics. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Surrounding mountains make winds carry dust filled with fine sharp rock particles. It enters homes readily through windows and doors and scratches soft floors quickly if not carefully swept before water is applied to the surface.
The valley lying very close makes wind carry fine heavy sand into homes constantly, and this sand is coarser and sharper than sand from distant wadis. It settles on floors and leaves visible marks extremely easily.
The district has both flats and villas with different floor types. Old ceramic and marble are very soft and scratch easily, and new porcelain is shiny but sensitive. Each type needs specific sweeping technique and rinsing method.
A district in east Jeddah on the slopes of Mareekh Mountains close to Wadi Al Qaws, where the mountainous location means dry winds and heavy dust rich in rock particles and wadi sediment. The elevated terrain makes the air drier and more dust laden than lower lying neighbourhoods.
Heavy sharp dust from mountains is suctioned from top to bottom with emphasis on corners and windows where sharp dust accumulates from mountain winds.
Cement and sharp sand particles are swept carefully before any water is applied, as the mixed old and new floor types are sensitive to small sharp grit particles under cleaning tools.
Glass and windows are wiped after sharp dust has been removed from sills and frames, with clean water rinse to remove all traces of dark mountain dust residue.
Dark dust colour on glossy surfaces is removed with water rinse before final wiping, taking care not to scrub too hard on soft old surfaces which can be easily marked.
Stickers and adhesive marks are softened with gentle moisture and removed without harsh scrubbing that could scratch old sensitive surfaces underneath.
Floors are washed last after all sharp dust and grit have been completely removed, with a final rinse in clean water only to ensure no dust particles or marks remain on the surface.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.

The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Mareekh too, and more than one can share a single visit.
