We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Hafnah is a small mixed district in east Jeddah where shops at street level sit below residential flats, and construction dust from the building sites around the Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws settles into the upper floors. Cleaning here means removing that dust before it re-settles through the night and enters the shop air below.
Flats above shops in Al Hafnah collect building dust from above and oily smoke from the shops below at the same time, making them heavier to clean than either alone. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Oily smoke from the shops below rises with warm air into the flat, and building dust falls from above. Cleaning must remove both at once, or one will come back quickly as the other clears.
The new residential streets in Al Hafnah are surrounded by bare ground and hills, so dust arrives fast from several directions and ordinary wiping will not remove it all.
The dry east Jeddah location means dust does not settle quickly and hangs in the air longer, so suction from the air must come before any mopping.
Al Hafnah sits on hills and valleys close to the Mareekh Mountains in east Jeddah, and ongoing building sites around it lift dust that moves easily into the nearby flats.
Dust in Al Hafnah blows in from the air and settles on high surfaces first, so we start at the top and do not climb the ladder twice.
Cement and plaster residue from the new building sites around the mountains is hard and set, so we scrape it gently from ceramic so it does not scratch.
Glass and new metal frames collect both building dust and oil from the shop below, so we clean them with solvent after the dry removal phase.
Paint spatter from the building work and the shop below leaves marks on floors, which we remove with solvent before the final water wash.
Stickers on floors, doors and windows come off easily after suction and scraping, and any remaining adhesive is removed with solvent.
New flats need a pre-rinse with cool water to clear grit from the floors before a final warm water wash and dry.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Hafnah is small and hemmed between the Mareekh Mountains to the east and Wadi Al Qaws to the south, and the work depends on knowing the internal roads and residential streets that link the flats to the shops and connect them to the wider district.
We provide these in Al Hafnah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
