We clean the flat, not just the view
Tops of cupboards, tracks, vents and touch points are in the job by default.
Mareekh is a small district in east Jeddah at the foot of the Mareekh Mountains, within the hills and valley belt, close to Wadi Al Qaws which was the source of Jeddah's well-known 2009 flood. The air here is drier than on the coast and coarse desert dust enters under doors, but the valleys around the district bring different moisture when the rains come.
The air is drier than on the coast and dust is coarser, but nearby valleys may carry moisture during the rainy season, and floors are mostly old ceramic that scratches easily from coarse particles. For the method itself, see our guide to apartment cleaning.
Mareekh sits on the edge of the desert with mountains around it, so the dust here is coarser and paler than coastal dust. It enters like fine gravel under doors and windows, and scratches floors fast. This dust is different from street dust: harder and heavier.
Wadi Al Qaws nearby carries water during rainy months, and moisture enters low-level homes. Mould may appear in bathrooms and lower corners during this period. Cleaning needs focus on ventilation and drying.
Simple residential districts here mean older homes or those built at lower ground levels. Foundations may be damp, and floors are mostly old ceramic or plain cement needing careful handling.
Located at the foot of the Mareekh Mountains that share its name, within the hills and valley belt east of the city, close to the course of Wadi Al Qaws, one of the smaller districts with a simple residential character.
Cupboard tops collect coarse mountain dust: we wipe gently and dry at once to prevent resettling.
The kitchen takes desert dust and may face seasonal moisture: we use mild cleaner and complete drying.
Bathroom tile and grout under coarse dust and seasonal damp: we scrub gently and dry carefully to prevent mould.
Aged floors are scratched easily by coarse particles: we sweep carefully first then wipe gently.
Interior glass suffers from fast dust settling: we use mild glass cleaner and dry instantly to prevent dust sticking.
Behind furniture and appliances, coarse dust collects fast: we focus on thorough cleaning and ventilation.
Room by room, before anything starts, so we agree what is in scope and what the price covers.
High surfaces before low ones, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in the bathroom, each left to act rather than scrubbed dry.
Switches, handles, door edges and interior glass, the marks at hand height that a floor-and-surface clean walks straight past.
Vacuumed then washed after everything above them is done, worked into corners and skirting rather than just the open middle.
We go back through the flat with you.

The company runs several teams, and we send a team rather than one person.
Machines and supplies arrive with the team.
If what you need is a painter or a pest service rather than a clean, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Mareekh too, and more than one can share a single visit.
