We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Taawun is a newly developing district in south Jeddah near Al Khumrah on the Al Laith road, sitting between the sea and heavy goods routes. Dust here is darker and oilier than the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit that clings hard to curtains and windows. Cleaning the finish focuses on removing soot before anything else, and coastal humidity adds a further challenge to thorough drying.
Black diesel soot clings to surfaces and windows more stubbornly than in any other new district, and coastal humidity makes thorough drying more difficult. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Taawun is newly built but sits between the sea and routes carrying heavy lorries from the port and industrial city. Soot comes from diesel engines and truck traffic, and it is sticky and darker than dust from open ground. New curtains and furniture take the soot deep into their fibres, and humidity makes the soot stick harder.
The new villas in the Rawdat Al Taawun housing scheme are modern and low density, but the location near the port and industrial zone brings industrial soot. The pools and private gardens are attractive, but soot settles on everything, and cleaning requires specialist soot treatment.
Sea humidity makes soot stick harder and become more difficult to remove. Bathrooms quickly develop mildew odour, and stored textiles pick up a musty smell. Complete drying and continued ventilation are essential after washing.
A district on the southern fringe of Jeddah south of Al Sanabil along Jeddah to Al Laith Road, near Al Khumrah, with new housing subdivisions including government schemes and public gardens.
Dust and soot flow from heavy routes and the port from above, so suction from top to bottom focuses on removing soot from furniture.
Cement and plaster dust is mixed with soot, and scraping requires specialist treatment to lift soot before tackling plaster.
Glass and ceramic carry a sticky soot layer, and double washing is essential.
Paint spatter may be hidden under the soot layer, and deep cleaning will reveal it.
Stickers and adhesive may be stickier because of soot and humidity.
Flooring may stay damp after washing because of coastal humidity, and drying takes time.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Taawun lies on Al Laith Road near Al Hussein ibn Ali Street and the government Rawdat Al Taawun housing scheme. Access is via Al Laith Road, which connects the district to Al Khumrah and the industrial port zone.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Taawun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
