We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Huda is a south Jeddah district of three-storey apartment buildings where flats have terrazzo or aged ceramic floors. Shared entrances and interconnected drainage mean building dust travels between units through piping voids and shared spaces. A public park and health centre nearby bring daily foot traffic and vehicles, so dust arrives from the street and ground. Apartment block cleaning differs completely from villas and new districts.
Shared entrances mean dust pathways between flats, shared roof and drain systems carry sediment from all units, and old terrazzo is fragile and easily scratched. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Apartment buildings mean shared entrances and shared piping. Building dust in one flat does not stay put; it migrates to neighbouring units through pipe voids and ventilation gaps. Cleaning your flat alone is not enough; you must coordinate with neighbours.
Shared roof and drain systems collect dust and waste from every unit. Ground-floor flats send water and sediment downward, upper flats send dust downward. Drains carry sediment from all uses and are heavily encrusted.
Floors are terrazzo or ceramic from many years of use, smooth and polished down. Heavy sweeping and strong extraction scratches them. Gentle sweeping then soft washing is the only path.
An older apartment district in south Jeddah, mostly three-storey buildings with shared entrances, most floors terrazzo or older ceramic, served by a public park, health centre and Al Laith Road on the western edge.
Dust travels between units through piping, so we start at the top carefully so dust does not resettle on flats cleaned first.
Cement spots on old terrazzo are very gently scraped to avoid scratching the worn soft surface.
Glass and ceramic in older flats are fragile; clean them gently and without high pressure.
Paint spatter on terrazzo is very carefully scraped using plastic tools only.
Stickers and adhesive on terrazzo are removed gently using natural solvents.
Terrazzo floors are gently washed last; hand mopping is gentler than heavy machinery.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Huda lies between Al Huda Mosque and Al Huda Park with Al Laith Road on the western edge, and Al Huda Health Centre serves the district. We coordinate access from Al Laith Road and time work around the mosque's daily schedule, the health centre's operating hours and the park's regular foot traffic.
We provide these in Al Huda too, and more than one can share a single visit.
