We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Khumrah is one of the largest family villa neighbourhoods in south Jeddah, laid out across a wide area near Al Lith Road and the industrial zone, so post-construction cleaning here differs from other districts because every villa has an external garden or courtyard that carries deep construction dust, and spacing between plots means fine sand enters easily with air currents and wind from nearby vacant land.
Gardens and open courtyards trap fine sand and dust more persistently than ordinary streets, and irrigation after construction wets the dust and makes it tacky and harder to remove with standard technique alone. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Villas in Al Khumrah are detached with individual gardens or courtyards. Wind carries fine sand from Al Lith Road and adjacent vacant plots, settling into corners and external passageways. Construction dust mixes with this sand, requiring deep scraping before any rinsing begins, as surface washing alone will not lift sand that has compacted into joints and seams.
Al Khumrah covers a large area and villas are spaced apart, so construction dust originates from multiple nearby building sites. Wind carries it easily across open spaces. Each villa may need individual assessment, as its proximity to active sites determines dust load and whether one standard cleaning suffices or a second pass is needed weeks later.
Al Lith Road is a primary commercial route carrying truck and goods traffic that raises heavy, oily dust. Villas near the road are affected more by this transported dust than by site dust alone, requiring stronger rinsing of external surfaces and acceptance that salt and soot from traffic will reappear within weeks if windows remain open.
A wide district dominated by modern villas, home to several mosques, a local market, a stadium and a health centre, bordered to the south by Al Quraniyah and to the east by Al Taawun.
Courtyards and garden spaces are cleaned from the top down: roof, exterior walls and eaves first, then ground level surfaces, to channel dust toward drainage and exterior edges.
Cement remnants on exterior tiles and pavement are scraped deeply as they trap sand underneath, and surface chipping alone leaves grit in joints that will migrate into the villa.
Exterior glass and frames are double-rinsed to clear salt and sand impressed by wind, as a single rinse leaves particles that dry into a haze within days in this exposed location.
Paint spatter on walls, gates and external doors is scraped carefully to avoid damaging the fresh finish, particularly on weather-facing elevations where poor scraping is immediately visible.
Stickers and adhesive on exterior windows and doors are removed with heat and patience before final rinsing, as moisture will reset any residue left behind.
Courtyard and garden floors are mopped last with clean water and left to dry naturally, with care taken to avoid water pooling in sunken areas or corners where it prevents gravel or sand from fully drying.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Khumrah is bounded by Al Lith Road to the west and north, and lies near Masjid Al Baraa bin Azib and the Al Khumrah health polyclinic, both of which help locate specific villas. We coordinate work around Al Lith Road traffic patterns and enter villas from the quietest side where possible, to minimise extra dust entering during access.
We provide these in Al Khumrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
