We clean the flat, not just the view
Tops of cupboards, tracks, vents and touch points are in the job by default.
Al Taawun is a newly developing residential district on the southern fringe of Jeddah, with new housing schemes and modern villas set among many vacant plots, and construction ongoing constantly. The new villa is shiny but collects building dust and cement grit daily from neighbouring sites, and delicate floors need protection. Foundations beneath the new villas may be weak or still settling. A villa is better than an apartment, but its location on the fringe amid ongoing work means moisture from below and dust from every direction.
New villas here need weekly cleaning from building dust, and newly delivered furniture is shiny whilst floors are very delicate. Grit from construction settles visibly within days. For the method itself, see the full apartment cleaning page.
Al Taawun has multiple active construction zones and wind carries dust and cement to new villas daily. Shiny new furniture and windows collect fine dust very quickly, weekly cleaning is essential, and deep cleaning must take great care not to scratch new shiny floors. The dust is constant as long as building continues.
The district is newly built and many villas sit surrounded by vacant land, foundations beneath new houses may be weak or still settling after construction. Moisture from below may appear, and walls may feel light dampness especially after rain. Cleaning must be cautious of moisture entering from below.
The villa is very shiny, floors and furniture brand new, fine building dust scratches easily, and cleaning needs very soft tools and extreme care. On the positive side a villa is better than an apartment, but its location amid vacant land means dust and moisture enter faster than in established districts.
Al Taawun is a new administrative residential district on the southern fringe of Jeddah between Al Khumrah and Al Sanabil, with Ministry of Housing's Rawdat Al Taawun scheme featuring new villas and many vacant plots still being developed.
Tops of cupboards gather fine building dust from vacant plots and neighbouring sites, so we start high and remove all dust carefully using very soft tools.
Kitchen collects building dust on fronts and surfaces, which we clean gently using soft cloths, especially if fronts are wood or modern materials.
Bathrooms are clean but may show moisture from below, ceramic and grout are fine but strong drying afterward is absolutely essential.
Floors are very shiny and delicate from building dust, so we clean with extreme care using only soft tools and dry them fast.
Windows are shiny and may gather building dust, which we clean carefully inside and out because neighbouring construction keeps sending more dust at them.
Behind new furniture is usually clean, but we check it as a precaution, always careful to avoid any scratching of new surfaces.
Room by room, before anything starts, so we agree what is in scope and what the price covers.
High surfaces before low ones, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in the bathroom, each left to act rather than scrubbed dry.
Switches, handles, door edges and interior glass, the marks at hand height that a floor-and-surface clean walks straight past.
Vacuumed then washed after everything above them is done, worked into corners and skirting rather than just the open middle.
We go back through the flat with you.
Al Taawun is served by Al Lith Road and Al Hussein ibn Ali Street, and our work is organised around these main routes: Al Lith Road is the eastern main road guiding us to the eastern and southern villas, whilst Al Hussein ibn Ali Street cuts through the district and provides easy access to villas spread around the Rawdat Al Taawun scheme.
Tops of cupboards, tracks, vents and touch points are in the job by default.
The company runs several teams, and we send a team rather than one person.
Machines and supplies arrive with the team.
If what you need is a painter or a pest service rather than a clean, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Taawun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
