We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Sahifah is a central old district where the relatively narrow streets trap building dust between apartment blocks, making it linger longer and escape through old windows that never seal fully. The buildings are tightly spaced, with repeated floors stacked one above another and shared entrances, so every flat needs dust removal from the very top before any of the lower sections.
Many flats here are old with wooden window frames set in narrow sills, so building dust slides into the deep gaps and settles there longer than in modern flats with sealed frames. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Cleaning in apartment buildings is not contained within one flat, because the shared passages and stairwells gather dust from open flats above and need separate attention. Dust drifts from the open doors of upper flats into the shared areas, and the passages must be recleaned after the flats are finished so the handover is genuinely clean.
Old Makkah Road and King Abdulaziz Road frame the district, and traffic dust enters the flats continuously even after cleaning is done. Proper ventilation before closing the flat is essential to prevent dust from resettling within hours of the team leaving.
Some flats sit in very old buildings with deteriorated ceilings and cracks, others in newer constructions. The older ones need care during scraping and washing to avoid damaging ageing surfaces or widening existing cracks further.
Al Sahifah sits between Al Balad and Al Ammariyah on Old Makkah Road, with narrow streets and active commerce throughout the district. The air carries more dust and moisture than newer outlying areas because of the density and traffic.
Older ceilings and walls in the district may harbour moisture stains and mould, so we start from the top with care to avoid streaking marks if the suction touches the aged surfaces.
Cement and plaster on older flats can be firmly set, so we use soft scraping first to avoid scratching surfaces that are already aged and delicate.
Old wooden windows with deep sill gaps trap dust deep inside, and we scrape those gaps carefully before rinsing them fully.
Paint spatter on ancient stone surfaces may be stubborn, so we test soft scraping on a small corner first before treating the whole window frame.
Stickers and adhesive left on aged walls can tear the surface if pulled hard, so we remove them gently without rubbing the old walls.
Floors vary between ceramic and old stone, so we use plain water and mild soap on aged surfaces and never use strong chemical cleaners on ancient flooring.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Multi-storey apartment buildings mean many flats and passages that cannot be isolated from one another. We empty each flat and clean it thoroughly, then reclean the shared passages after each section finishes so dust does not travel between neighbours.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Sahifah lies on Old Makkah Road and runs alongside King Abdulaziz Road, with narrow streets that require swift access for the team and equipment. Its position between the mosque and surrounding streets makes the approach straightforward, so the crew can reach the building and set up efficiently.
We provide these in Al Sahifah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
