We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Historic Jeddah is the old heart of the city, with stone buildings and narrow lanes where people walk and vehicles pass close to apartments and shops. The dust here is fine black road dust mixed with cooking grease that drifts up from the street, and the worn terrazzo and older ceramic floors pick up stains easily. Old kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy lime scale and rust marks from aging pipes.
Fine black main road dust clings to carpets and curtains more than anywhere else, and the worn smooth terrazzo holds cooking residue stubbornly. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
Al Balad is the old centre of Jeddah, and main roads run past the buildings directly. Vehicle dust is black and very fine, lodging deep in carpets and curtains, and it rises with cooking odours from the kitchens into the apartments above. Shops at street level open directly onto the road, so dust and grease enter together up the stairs and shared doorways.
Old flooring is worn smooth from years of use, and both terrazzo and old ceramic stain easily from cooking grease. Grease leaves dull marks that are difficult to lift, and ordinary water is not enough. Very gentle scraping is necessary to avoid scratching the old floors further.
Old kitchens and bathrooms carry layers of lime scale on taps and around drains. Aging pipework leaves brown rust marks in basins and baths. Removing these deposits needs specialised treatment and they may have accumulated for decades.
A UNESCO World Heritage site with stone and timber houses from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries inside the historic walled city, with traditional markets and lanes mixing housing with commerce throughout.
Fine black dust flows from the main street and up through shared stairs from the shops, so suction from top to bottom starts with curtains and furniture.
Cement and plaster dust is mixed with grease and black dust, and scraping needs care so debris does not spread.
Old glass and ceramic carry a black layer of dust and grease, and double washing is essential.
Paint spatter may be hidden under the black dust, and deep cleaning will reveal it.
Old stickers and adhesive are hard to remove because of damp and accumulated dust.
Old flooring is smooth and delicate, and the final mop needs great care.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Historic Jeddah runs between Al Shafii Mosque and Souk Al Alawi in the heart of Al Balad, where apartments and shops sit tightly together in very narrow lanes. Access to the units is through a single street door on the main road, and the work requires coordination with the ground floor shops.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Historic Jeddah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
