We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Safa is a mixed district where villas, apartment blocks and street-level shops sit together on the older grid of central Jeddah. Building dust here mingles with the grime of commercial traffic and settles into every entrance, stairwell and ground floor space. The worn terrazzo and older ceramic floors need care that will not leave them slick or damaged.
Shops below flats mean heavy dust entry through shared building entrances. Foot traffic on stairwells and common hallways brings in layers that settle faster than in standalone villas. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
Prince Majid Road is a busy commercial artery. Dust from vehicle traffic and trade work settles on windows and curtains with an oily film that plain water does not shift. It requires initial scraping and then specialist washing to break the bond.
Most apartments in Al Safa have old terrazzo that is polished smooth from decades of footfall. Cement and plaster fragments may scratch it, and excessive water makes it slippery. The method must balance removal against damage.
Stairwells and hallways serving multiple shops and apartments collect dust from dozens of households and businesses daily. These common areas need a separate plan from the apartment itself, and neglecting them leaves the job half done.
A large established district stretching from Prince Majid Road on the west to King Fahd Road on the east, surrounded by markets, parks and medical facilities that add daily foot traffic.
Dust here is mixed with street grime, so we start from the ceiling but we target windows and outlets first before soot falls again and resettles.
Old terrazzo and ceramic tile will not take heavy scraping, so we shift debris with moderate moisture and soft brushes as the base, not abrasion.
Curtains and glass take extra work here because the soot is oily and returns fast, so we wash more than once and rinse thoroughly to break the film.
Paint spatter on old glass and ceramic comes off carefully, and we always test the scraper on a hidden edge first in case the glaze is fragile.
Stickers and adhesive on old floors and walls may leave marks, so we use gentle solvents that do not strip or damage the aged surfaces.
Terrazzo floors are washed last with cool water and repeated rinses, because hot water can fade the colour over time and leave a dull finish.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Shops below flats mean residents, workers and customers move through all day, and every footstep raises dust. We start early and finish before peak hours, so we do not undo our own work in the afternoon rush.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Safa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
