We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Marwah is a comparatively recent district in northern Jeddah between Prince Majid Road and Al Nuzhah Road, with brand new villas and apartments on marble and porcelain floors. Main roads around the district are busy, and dust rises from traffic to the wide windows. Prince Majid Park is close by, bringing fine sand, and the new glossy floors show every mark clearly.
New villas and apartments here have polished marble and porcelain floors with large windows, and dust from main roads and the adjacent park enters easily and shows prominently on the new glossy surfaces. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Prince Majid Park is close to the district, and fine sand from the park enters homes on footsteps and on the wind. New marble and porcelain floors show this sand very clearly. Dry sweeping first is essential before any mopping, and any sand left under foot scratches new surfaces instantly. The park's sandy areas are very loose, so sand rises easily with any wind and settles everywhere overnight.
Prince Majid Road and Al Nuzhah Road are busy, and traffic raises dust that enters new flats through open windows. The dust is mixed with sand and road particles, leaving a layer on glass and new polished floors. Morning hours are worst because thermal activity is strongest and dust lifts highest.
The adjacent park and constant street traffic bring leaves and fine soil into the house. Wide open floors and polished surfaces take on a grey coat of dust very quickly from the exposed ground around the district and the park. Each evening adds another layer of settled dust.
A relatively newer residential district in northern Jeddah between Prince Majid Road and Al Nuzhah Road, neighbouring Al Safa and Al Rabwah, with brand new villas and apartments and Prince Majid Park adjacent to the district.
Fine sand from the park and dust from main roads fall from above together; we begin at ceilings and windows working down with controlled ventilation to prevent dust re-settling.
Cement residue mixed with park sand needs dry sweeping first, then clean water and soft brush before the final wipe.
Glass and marble hold fine sand that leaves scratches if wiped dry; we dry sweep first with soft broom, then use clean water and soft cloth with immediate drying.
Paint spatter carries sand and needs careful dry removal first, then clean water rinsing without harsh scrubbing to avoid grinding particles into the surface.
Stickers and adhesive trap sand underneath, so they are removed before full washing to prevent scattering loose grains.
Large marble floors need vigorous dry sweeping first to remove all sand, then damp-sweeping to settle dust, then careful mopping with minimal water and rapid drying to prevent sand scratches under the mop.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Villas and apartments between Prince Majid Park and Uthman ibn Affan Mosque sit close to active foot traffic and a public park. Early morning cleaning before day-time activity begins is most effective, with particular attention to garden doors and windows where sand from the park accumulates fastest.
We provide these in Al Marwah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
