We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rabwah is an established district in central Jeddah where older villas and apartment buildings share the same plots, some of them decades old. Building dust settles on terrazzo and ceramic floors that have aged in place, and around old pipework and drains loaded with decades of mineral scale. The mixed-use housing means dust can travel between units through shared utilities, so cleaning after construction is not just about the visible surfaces.
Old pipework and drains are heavily scaled from years of hard water, and smooth terrazzo is easily scratched or cracked by heavy cleaning tools if used carelessly. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Al Rabwah has many old terrazzo surfaces, worn smooth by decades of foot traffic and surprisingly soft. Heavy cleaning equipment and powerful dry extraction scratches and cracks them. Gentle sweeping followed by soft rinsing is necessary, and metal tools must be avoided.
Pipework and drainage here is old, and hard water has left white crusty scale on taps and around washbasin rims. Post-construction cleaning disturbs this scale further, so it needs a gentle acid wash, not forceful scraping that can damage the fixtures.
Villas and flats sit side by side on adjoining plots, and piping and ventilation are shared in places. Building dust travels between units through gaps and drain runs, so cleaning cannot be only about what you see; you must trace where dust comes from and seal its paths.
An established district between King Fahd Road and Hira Street with villas on large plots and apartment buildings on the same grid, most of them older buildings with terrazzo or worn ceramic floors.
Dust in this mixed district originates in the same building and may travel through shared piping, so we work top to bottom and inspect shared voids for sources.
Cement spots on old terrazzo are gently scraped so the worn surface is not damaged during removal.
Old glass and ceramic are brittle, washed gently and without high pressure to prevent breakage.
Paint spatter on terrazzo is scraped very carefully using plastic tools, never metal, to avoid gouging.
Stickers and adhesive on terrazzo are removed gently and using natural solvents that do not harm the surface.
Terrazzo floors are washed last and by hand mop, which is gentler than heavy electric extraction.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In mixed-use housing here, buildings are close together and utilities are sometimes shared between units, so dust can migrate from one home to another through pipe voids and ventilation gaps. Cleaning must account for this cross-unit movement.
We provide these in Al Rabwah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
