We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Faisaliyah is an established central Jeddah neighbourhood of dense apartment blocks and villas bounded by King Fahd Road and surrounding main arteries. Building dust sticks to old, smooth terrazzo and worn ceramic from decades of footfall. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy limescale, and floors become dangerously slippery once wet. Cleaning here is careful, not fast.
Apartments in dense buildings share old pipework and ducts, and dust behaves differently here than in new villas. Old terrazzo floors become dangerously slippery when wet and show scratches easily in the light. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Al Faisaliyah has terrazzo from the 1960s and 70s, polished smooth by decades of footfall. A sharp scraper will scratch it irreparably. The tool must be soft, the hand very careful, and the approach entirely different from new porcelain.
Jeddah's hard water leaves thick white deposits on taps, basins and water heaters. The buildup is decades old and will not shift with scrubbing. It needs gentle acid, patience and time, not force.
Old copper piping inside walls corrodes from within, and seeps rust into ceramic basins and kitchen sinks as orange or brown marks. Scrubbing spreads them. They need specialist rust remover that is safe on ceramic.
An older central district with dense apartment buildings and villas mixed with retail, crossed by King Fahd Road and flanked by Prince Majid and Madinah Roads. A hospital and university campus are among its landmarks, with continuous vehicle traffic.
Dust sticks hard to old terrazzo, so we start from the ceiling with strong suction and avoid any rubbing that might lodge dust into the finish and polish.
Cement and plaster fragments on terrazzo come off with only soft scrapers or wood, removed carefully because scratches on aged surfaces show instantly in the light.
Glass and old ceramic tile need repeated gentle washing, never high pressure, which can leave streaks and film on the worn, smooth surfaces.
Paint spatter on old surfaces is removed with very soft brushes and mild acid only, always tested on a hidden area of terrazzo first in case the finish is fragile.
Stickers and adhesive on old floors come off slowly with gentle heat and plant solvents, never with hard pulling that would mark the smooth aged surface.
Floors are washed last with cool water and very long rinsing, then dried thoroughly with towels before we leave, because excess moisture makes terrazzo treacherously slippery.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Faisaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
