We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Ruwais is an old district of central Jeddah near the Corniche, mixing older apartment blocks with newer buildings, where Hail Street has brought new life and development is ongoing. Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city, and floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads.
Terrazzo and older ceramic tile blackens from cooking grease, and rugs hold fine black dust from the main roads, so they need washing more often than in quieter areas. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Old homes in central Jeddah have terrazzo or ageing ceramic floors, worn smooth from long use. Cooking grease from kitchens and streets drifts up and deposits on the slick surface. Plain water spreads grease and does not remove it; it needs a strong degreaser solution.
Older pipework in old blocks leaves rust marks in basins and on taps. Scale has built up on taps, grouting and drains over years. Removing this needs strong solution and vigorous rubbing to break through the deposit.
Hail Street and the main roads around Al Ruwais carry heavy vehicle traffic. Fine black dust clings to rugs and curtains more than in side streets. Very strong suction is essential before any fabric is touched.
The district lies west of Madinah Road near the Corniche, bordering Al Hamra, Al Sharafiyah and West Baghdadiyah, with older blocks interspersed with new buildings and older quarters under redevelopment.
Black dust from main roads and accumulated grease enter from above; top-down removal begins at ceilings with strong suction for black dust.
Cement residue and old grease deposits on aged floors need strong solution and careful rubbing on older surfaces.
Glass and old ceramic carry grease and dust film; haze removal requires degreaser solution and clear rinsing.
Paint spatter is mixed with old grease; glossy surfaces need careful work to separate paint from the finish without grinding grease in.
Stickers and adhesive are removed gently from aged surfaces without cracking or damaging old finishes.
Floors are washed with warm water and degreaser, then rinsed multiple times and dried thoroughly.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Ruwais sits about 1.5 km from Al Sharafiyah and about 2 km from Al Baghdadiyah West.

The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Ruwais too, and more than one can share a single visit.
