We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Bawadi is an established district in central Jeddah, full of flats above shops and furnished apartments on Quraish Street, and the floors here are worn smooth terrazzo or aged ceramic tile. Scale and cooking grease rise from the shops and street below, and fine black dust from King Fahd Road and Madinah Road clings to curtains. This is old downtown Jeddah, and cleaning here means understanding old scale deposits and building age.
The old terrazzo floors here have been worn smooth by decades of use and absorb cooking fats drifting up from shops and the street below very quickly. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Floors in Al Bawadi are smooth worn terrazzo and aged ceramic tile. Cooking fats from the shops and street below drift up and leave stubborn oily marks. Gentle scraping followed by very hot water washing lifts these marks and leaves the floor clean.
Older flats carry thick mineral scale on kitchen and bathroom taps and around drain openings. This scale has built up over many years and does not dissolve in ordinary water. Special treatment and patience are needed to remove it safely.
King Fahd Road and Madinah Road sit close to the district, so fine black dust from heavy traffic settles on curtains and carpets. This is city dust, finer and darker than the dust of newer outlying neighbourhoods.
Al Bawadi is an older mixed commercial residential district with buildings that blend shops and flats, Quraish Street lined with furnished apartments and hotels, and main roads nearby carrying heavy traffic.
Fine dust from the main roads settles first on high shelves and corners. We start from the top and work down, moving furniture carefully on the smooth terrazzo floor.
Cement and plaster residue is light on aged floors, but old scale needs very gentle scraping. The terrazzo is smooth and scratches easily.
Glass and rusty metal frames need vigorous washing and polishing. Old pipes may leave rust marks in corners and around fixtures.
Paint spatter is light on older surfaces. Scraping is very gentle to avoid damaging the aged smooth finish underneath.
Stickers and adhesive residue are minimal on a renovated older flat. We remove them gently without leaving glue marks.
Worn terrazzo and aged ceramic floors are washed in very hot water and dried immediately to prevent moisture absorption and water stains.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Bawadi is reached from the Engineering Roundabout and Al Hijaz Mall, and Quraish Street runs through its heart, making vehicle access and equipment movement straightforward between the street and upper flats.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Bawadi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
