We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Qaws sits on the course of Wadi Al Qaws, the valley that fed Jeddah's famous 2009 flood. It is a small mixed district with shops and flats together, and foundations here sit near the water table. High humidity affects new buildings immediately. The dust from the surrounding valleys and hills is extremely fine and settles fast. The work differs because moisture leaves visible marks on glass and marble before construction is even finished.
Interior walls and glass surfaces develop a thin haze of moisture and mineral deposits before building work ends, and moisture smell emerges from bathrooms and drains. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Proximity to the valley means constant high humidity. Glass and marble surfaces develop a fine mineral haze from moisture and salt in the air. This haze does not wipe away, it requires gentle scraping followed by strong washing with a specialised solution to cut through.
Valley and hill dust is extremely fine and becomes airborne with any breeze. It settles in window track channels, door seals and the pores of new flooring. Strong suction is essential first to extract dust from crevices before any water washing begins.
Excess humidity enters drains, tap stems and pipework, leaving mildew smell. The new bathroom may look clean but the drainage system carries moisture and fumes. Deep cleaning of drains and active ventilation are necessary to clear the source of the smell.
Wadi Al Qaws and the nearby Mareekh Mountains release high humidity and fine desert dust toward the new flats. Groundwater levels are high in this part of Jeddah.
Dust and moisture together are removed from the very top, with strong suction pulling fine dust from window channels and door seals.
Mineral haze on glass and marble is scraped carefully then washed with specialist solution to avoid surface damage.
Windows and frames carry moisture haze; strong washing with degreaser then final rinse to clear.
Paint spatter is removed carefully on new surfaces, particularly on polished marble and ceramic tiles.
Stickers and labels on goods are removed with care, with any adhesive residue dissolved using safe solvent.
Floors are washed last with warm water and heavy rinsing to remove all moisture, minerals and dust.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
This mixed district near the wadi carries high moisture and fine dust from the valley system. New flats need deep cleaning to clear moisture from the drainage system and bathrooms before occupation.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Wadi Al Qaws and Mareekh Mountains define the district's position on the valley edge. The team reaches the site through Umm Al Salm Sub Municipality, and work begins from the highest level of the flat before moving to bathrooms and drain areas.
We provide these in Al Qaws too, and more than one can share a single visit.
