We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Muzayria is a newly developing district in north Jeddah with ongoing construction and empty plots dotted between the homes. Dust here is heavy and thick because foundations and pavements all around are still open, and a newly built home may sit surrounded by vacant land and other construction work nearby. Cleaning may need repeating quickly if building continues in the surrounding area.
Empty plots and ongoing construction in and around the district significantly increase dust load, and new furniture and curtains pick up that dust very quickly. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
The district is still being developed, and empty plots and new buildings surround any newly built home. Exposed foundations and unmade roads churn out dust in volume, and winds carry grit and sand from open land. Cleaning may need quick repeat visits because dust drifts back from adjacent construction sites.
New homes come with new furnishings and soft goods, and both collect dust deep in the fibres. Heavy construction dust lodges in everything, and sofas, carpets and curtains need very thorough suction and may require separate specialist cleaning.
Streets in the new subdivision may not yet be paved, and interior floors pick up fine sand from unpaved roads outside. Cleaning requires comprehensive sweeping before any washing, and windows may need weighting so sand does not blow back in from the street.
One of the newest subdivisions in the Obhur Al Shamaliyah extension in north Jeddah, within a group of recently planned neighbourhoods, its land and services still under development.
Heavy dust from empty ground and construction flows from above and the street, so suction from top to bottom focuses on removing dust from furniture first.
Cement and plaster dust is heavy in newly developed areas, and scraping takes time as ongoing building sends fresh dust continuously.
Glass and ceramic are covered in fine sand, and the first washing may not lift all of it.
Paint spatter is present but may be hidden under the heavy dust layer.
Stickers and adhesive may be sticky from damp and dust mixed together.
Flooring may be covered in sand from unmade streets, and the final mop needs two sweeps before water.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means construction continues around the new home, and dust and sand blow in quickly. Cleaning may need repeating if work continues nearby, and windows and doors should be kept sealed to reduce the flow of fresh dust.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Muzayria sits within the Obhur Al Shamaliyah extension between Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road, close to Abhor Mall, and is accessed via the main roads serving the new neighbourhoods.
We provide these in Al Muzayria too, and more than one can share a single visit.
