We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Majami is a luxury villa scheme in Obhur Al Shamaliyah, north Jeddah, where large private plots and each home's own garden and boundary wall are the rule. New villas here display glossy marble and porcelain, high ceilings and wide windows. Fine sand enters from the garden with every footstep, and windows opening onto the grounds mean cleaning continues for weeks as new sand arrives daily.
New gardens in Al Majami are the primary source of fine sand and gravel that travel on shoes and clothes across glossy marble floors, and open windows facing the garden expand what needs cleaning every day. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
A single villa in Al Majami may be twice the size of a standard flat. Floors are marble or glossy porcelain, ceilings soar and windows are enormous. Fine sand scratches marble easily, so we need stronger suction and more care than in smaller villas.
Every villa has its own garden, and irrigation and new soil daily send fine sand into the home on feet. Cleaning may finish and within hours new sand enters from the garden.
Luxury villas have enormous windows and open plan layouts facing the grounds. Night dust settles on curtains and upholstery. Large open spaces and broad rooms mean curtains need separate washing and strong ventilation.
The scheme is new in the Obhur luxury area, each villa standing on its own land with a private garden and wall. Main roads reach the scheme but homes are isolated from each other. The air is clean but new gardens are a constant source of fine sand that enters easily.
Fine garden dust falls from windows, ceilings and open curtains. We start with very strong suction from every open area, then work down to marble floors.
Cement and plaster residue on new luxury marble needs very gentle scraping with very soft pumice, never pressure that might affect original lustre.
Large windows carry dust and moisture from the garden and coast. We wash with warm soapy water and safe cleaner, rinse repeatedly and dry with soft cloth.
Paint spatter on luxury marble we soften with warm water, then scrape with extreme care to avoid scratching the rare and expensive stone.
Irrigation rings on marble we remove with a marble-safe limescale cleaner, wait for it to work, then rub very gently.
Marble floors in the large villa are washed last with clean water only or very gentle cleaner, dried completely with soft cloth before sign-off.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Large luxury villas in Al Majami need a specialised team and powerful equipment. Every room and garden is a separate space needing careful cleaning, and luxury marble floors do not forgive mistakes.
We provide these in Al Majami too, and more than one can share a single visit.
