We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Furqan is a newly developing district in north Jeddah, one of the newest Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions with ongoing construction and empty plots scattered between the homes. Dust is very heavy from exposed ground and continuous building activity, and a newly built home may sit surrounded by vacant land and other construction on all sides. Cleaning the finish requires strong suction and thorough sweeping first, and may need a second specialist visit quickly if building continues around the district.
Empty plots and heavy construction around the district doubles the dust load, and flooring and furniture pick up dust extremely quickly. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Al Furqan is one of the newest plans, and empty plots and continuous building surround it on all sides. Exposed foundations and unmade roads churn out heavy dust in volume, and winds carry grit and sand from open ground with force. Cleaning must remove the heavy dust first, and may need a quick second visit because dust drifts back from the active construction.
Streets in the subdivision remain sandy and unpaved, so interior floors pick up very fine sand from the roads outside. Cleaning requires comprehensive sweeping before any washing, and windows may need weighting so sand does not blow back in.
New homes come with new furnishings and soft goods, and both collect heavy dust easily. Deep suction cleaning before any floor washing is essential, and curtains and sofas may need specialist cleaning or repeat treatment.
One of the newest subdivisions of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, grouped with Al Majami, Al Muzayria and Al Yusr, mostly newly released land and housing still being developed.
Heavy dust from empty ground and construction flows from above and the sandy street, so suction from top to bottom focuses on furniture first.
Cement and plaster dust is present in quantity, and scraping takes time as building sends continuous fresh dust.
Glass and ceramic are covered in very fine sand, and the first wash may not lift all of it.
Paint spatter may be hidden under the heavy dust layer.
Stickers and adhesive may be sticky from damp and dust mixed together.
Flooring may be covered in sand from the street, and the final mop needs two thorough sweeps before water.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means construction continues around Al Furqan, and dust and sand blow in very quickly indeed. Windows and doors should be kept sealed to reduce dust entry, and cleaning may need quick repeat visits if work continues.
We provide these in Al Furqan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
