We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Lulu is a small coastal strip facing the Red Sea with villas, resorts and recent apartment buildings. The air carries more salt here than other northern waterfront areas, and fine sand enters with every footstep. Floors are mostly marble or porcelain, windows are large, but sprinkler spray dries to chalky rings on tile, salt leaves a faint film on glass, and curtains in open rooms catch the dust that settles each night.
Fine sand from the beach enters with every step, salt in the air leaves a faint layer even on closed windows, and net curtains trap dust that settles overnight more visibly than in inland homes. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Villas and resorts in Al Lulu often have small courtyards and gardens facing the sea. Sand is extremely fine and enters with the first steps indoors. Marble and porcelain floors scratch easily from the fine grains. Strong suction before mopping is essential; light sweeping alone is not enough to protect the floors.
Most villas and resorts have garden irrigation systems or courtyard sprinklers. Water spray disperses and dries to white rings on tile and marble. Plain water will not remove this; it needs a targeted descaler solution.
Open rooms and balconies facing the sea often have light curtains that trap sea salt and settle dust very visibly. They may need separate washing because salt is hard to lift from fine fabric and embedded dust shows as grey staining.
The district runs along Obhur Road between Al Zumurrud to the north and Al Amwaj and Al Shira to the south, with the Al Lulu Park and shopping centre providing local services.
Construction dust, sand and salt enter from the sea and gardens; top-down removal starts at ceilings and shared AC units with very strong suction.
Cement residue, salt and sand need careful scraping on marble; vacuum first, then gentle scraping to avoid scratching.
Glass, ceramic and marble all carry salt film and chalky rings; haze removal requires targeted cleaner and immediate drying.
Paint spatter is compounded by sand and salt; glossy surfaces need careful work to avoid grinding sand into the finish.
Stickers and adhesive are removed gently from marble and glass without scratching or leaving salt-activated residue.
Floors are swept hard first to clear sand, then washed with multiple water changes and thoroughly rinsed and dried.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Lulu is located on Obhur Road and defined by the well-known Al Lulu Park. From Obhur Road itself or from Al Lulu Park, the villas and resorts along the coastal strip are easily reached.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Lulu too, and more than one can share a single visit.
