We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Yaqut is a mixed district where shops occupy the ground floor and apartments sit directly above, and active construction around Aabir Al Qarat Street intensifies the dust load. The job differs from a purely residential area because debris falls from the shops into the flats below, and daily commercial activity throughout business hours keeps dust moving upward through the building all day long.
Flats here take dust from the shop below first, then from street level, and settled residue gathers on window sills facing the road far more quickly than in residential-only districts. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
The ground floor shop generates dust and grit from sweeping stock and goods, and the flat above inhales what drifts up through ventilation and open windows. Construction in the street adds a second layer, so the job becomes not simply removing settled dust but addressing multiple vertical sources and their interaction through the building's shared air space.
Shop fronts get repainted seasonally and ceilings are repaired, so paint mist settles on the flat's windows and floors. Because the shop below is also being refreshed, spatter rises with warm air currents from below, compounding the load on every glass surface and tile edge in the flat above.
Flats above shops stay open all day because of foot traffic below and goods movement. Outdoor air enters directly and dust clings to fabric and furnishings before they are even fixed in place. Post-construction cleaning of such a flat means cleaning all voids and textiles thoroughly, not only hard surfaces.
Busy commercial spines between Al Lulu and Al Sawari with daily delivery trucks supplying ground floor shops, and main roads cutting through the district at peak traffic hours carrying consistent vehicle flow.
Dust falls from the flat ceiling downward but warm air from the shop below lifts some of it back up, so we start from ceilings and shelves and close the flat's windows during sweeping to break the air loop.
Cement residue on floors and walls concentrates at ground level where the rough screed was swept, so we scrape it before any washing or wiping can spread it.
Glass carries paint spatter from repainting in both the flat and the shop, and ceramic floor tiles hold haze, so we clean every window edge and grout line with a residue-removal solution.
Paint spatter on walls and ceilings is scraped carefully from plaster rather than concrete, and on floors we use gentle abrasion to avoid scratching the gloss coat.
Stickers on doors and cabinets are removed before washing, and adhesive residue is wiped with dilute solution so it does not mark the paint or varnish.
Floors are washed with water and detergent then rinsed several times to remove every white trace, then dried completely before anyone walks on them.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A flat above a shop means dust does not arrive from one direction only: it falls from above and rises from below. Cleaning must begin from both floors simultaneously by pulling air outward, not merely wiping the surface.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Flats on the Al Yaqut Walkway and Aabir Al Qarat Street have constant foot traffic passing between them, and work is timed around quieter periods. We divide the flat into zones based on windows close to the road and windows away from it, so we control air flow from the Walkway toward the street.
We provide these in Al Yaqut too, and more than one can share a single visit.
