We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Corniche is Jeddah's northern sea front, a corniche stretch running along the Obhur Al Shamaliyah coast on the Red Sea, including the North Corniche street lined with resorts and hotels, connecting south to Jeddah's modern waterfront, so post-construction cleaning here differs fundamentally because salt air deposits continuously on every exposed surface, and high humidity converts dry dust into a tacky layer within hours of exposure, requiring aggressive rinsing and rapid drying or the work fails within days.
Salt air deposits constantly on glass and metal frames, and humidity exceeds 80 percent most of the year, causing dust to harden into a sticky layer three times faster than in inland neighbourhoods, and requiring immediate work before saltation becomes permanent. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
Al Corniche sits directly on the Red Sea, and salt in the air deposits on glass, metal and timber constantly. Construction dust mixes with this salt and turns surfaces into white tacky layers within hours. Ordinary wiping moves the salt to another spot rather than removing it. Double and repeated rinsing is essential and non-negotiable, or the finish will remain cloudy.
Humidity on the coast exceeds 80 percent most of the year. Moist air penetrates dust particles, making them sticky and compacted to the surface in just hours rather than days. Cleaning must be fast and rinsing must be immediate after scraping, before dust hardens beyond the reach of water alone.
Salt combined with moisture creates an accelerated corrosion environment. Metal may begin to rust within days rather than weeks, and stainless steel will develop visible patina. Even after cleaning, salt returns quickly if metal surfaces are not protected, and the team must accept that perfection is temporary here without ongoing care.

Exterior doors, windows and corridors are cleaned from the top down; salt is vacuumed before rinsing begins to avoid turning it into slurry.
Cement remnants on exterior tiles are scraped carefully as salt crystallizes beneath them and must be cleared completely.
Glass and metal frames are rinsed double or triple to remove all sea salt completely, as even trace residue will bloom within days in this humidity.
Paint spatter on metal is scraped with care, as bare metal will rust rapidly from salt exposure once the protective coating is breached.
Stickers and adhesive on glass and doors are removed before triple rinsing, preventing residue from being reset by moisture as it dries.
Balcony and corridor floors are mopped last with clean water and dried quickly before windows are closed, as pooled water accelerates salt crystallisation.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
Coastal here means salt and humidity are not merely part of the dust particles, but transform how dust behaves itself. Dust hardens faster, salt returns faster, metal corrodes faster.
We provide these in Al Corniche too, and more than one can share a single visit.
