We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Kawthar is a very new district east of the airport where building is still underway, so the wide new streets are paved but the exposed earth and vacant plots release building dust easily and continuously. The new villas and apartment blocks sit close to excavations and open ground, and dust escapes from the new windows and enters before the handover is even complete.
Active construction in Al Kawthar produces a different dust: a mix of cement, excavation soil and raw sand, not the ordinary household dust. This dust is heavier and harsher on fresh surfaces because it contains grit and stone particles. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
Empty land and active projects around the building mean continuous dust generation. During cleaning, a neighbouring excavation or drainage project may begin, so dust returns fast if a door or window opens. We seal the property carefully after work is done so external dust stays outside.
Al Kawthar is still being finished, and some streets remain under repair or drainage works, so sand and grit accumulate on floors and window sills. The bright new white surfaces show any dust immediately, so the cleaning must be exceptionally thorough and leave no residue at all.
Its location away from old districts means cleaner ambient air, but proximity to building projects and drainage works means a different kind of dust enters. During work, you may hear excavators and lorries working nearby, and dust plumes release with every engine start.
Al Kawthar lies east of King Abdulaziz International Airport, adjacent to Al Hamdaniyah, with wide streets but ongoing drainage and sewerage projects that expose raw soil. Dust proliferates far more readily than in settled districts because the infrastructure work is not yet finished.
Dust from excavations and raw sand is heavy with coarse particles, so we start with very strong suction from the top to prevent grit from spreading further once water is applied.
Cement and plaster from ongoing building may be mixed with excavation sand, so we scrape carefully to avoid scratching the bright new white surfaces.
New windows are glossy and delicate, with sand trapped in the frames, so we clean them with pure water and thorough drying to avoid leaving sand marks behind.
Paint spatter on new bright surfaces may be firmly stuck, so we use very soft scraping to avoid leaving scratches on the fresh paint.
Stickers and adhesive on bright new walls can leave marks if pulled hard, so we remove them very gently without rubbing the surfaces.
New flooring is glossy, and sand makes it slippery, so we vacuum thoroughly first then wash with pure water and complete drying before handing over.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Kawthar sits about 3 km from Al Hamdaniyah and about 4 km from Um Hablain West.

The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Kawthar is adjacent to Prince Khalid bin Abdullah Road, the main thoroughfare that provides direct access to the new homes, and near Al Mubashirin Mosque, so the team reaches the site quickly from the main road and can set up and begin work efficiently.
We provide these in Al Kawthar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
