We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Um Hablain West is a relatively new mixed district of shops and flats near King Abdulaziz International Airport and sports academies, and the construction dust left behind does not come off with ordinary wiping. Post-construction cleaning here differs from single-unit flats because the dust travels between the ground floor shop and the flat above.
Ground floor shops still under construction leave behind moisture and dust that rises into the flat above even after the shop is sealed. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Shops and flats here share passages and voids that connect them directly, so construction dust from the shop enters the flat above despite closed doors. Cleaning requires tight sealing during work and scraping of surfaces where dust has accumulated on both levels.
Shops typically have new metal doors and metal fittings, and dust clings to these surfaces far more strongly than to wood. Removing it requires scrubbing and scraping before washing, or a dull film will remain on the metal.
The ground floor shop may have thick ceramic or hard marble very different from what is above, and fine soot penetrates the joints in these surfaces deeply. Cleaning must target these joints before the final rinse.
The internal streets and passages are newly paved, with shops on the ground floors directly beneath the flats, which means construction dust moves easily between them.
Dust in both shops and flats starts from the ceiling and the tops of cupboards, so we begin above doors because dust can slide downwards once disturbed.
Cement and plaster on floors and metal frames needs careful scraping to avoid scratching new marble or metal surfaces.
Glass in windows and glass doors may carry construction salt or glossy dust, which we clean with a special solution then dry thoroughly.
Paint spatter on ceramic and marble is scraped first before washing with water, because dried paint does not come off with water alone.
Stickers on doors and floors from flat numbers and warnings are removed by hand, then any adhesive residue is treated with a solvent.
Floors in the shop and flat are washed last because scraping and sweeping raise dust, and the final rinse ensures it all leaves completely.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Shops and flats together mean ground floor dust affects the cleanliness above, so we need a team working on both levels at once or we seal the passages between them to prevent dust crossing during cleaning.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Um Hablain West lies near King Abdulaziz International Airport and Ofuq Al Khail Equestrian Academy, and access is straightforward from the main road, which makes it easy to bring cleaning equipment into the flats and shops.
We provide these in Um Hablain West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
