A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Huda is a south Jeddah district formerly known as Al Tahlawi, with three storey apartment blocks and new villas going up on vacant plots. The flats have a shared entrance and floors are usually old terrazzo or smooth worn ceramic tile. New villas beside them need new marble floor care. A mixed district means different cleaning challenges.
Flats have a shared entrance and old smooth floors, new villas beside them need more sweeping than degreasing. Each flat is small and furniture fills the rooms. For the method itself, see the full house cleaning page.
Apartment blocks have a single shared entrance with communal stairs and old smooth floors. Cleaning needs different planning, and the entrance and stairs need extra care and coordination.
Terrazzo and worn old ceramic in Al Huda are glassy smooth and stain readily from grease and dust. They need a strong cleaner and careful attention to avoid excess water that leaves residue.
Recently built villas stand beside old apartment blocks, and new marble floors need delicate new floor care. Each villa has a private courtyard that brings extra sand from its own garden.
A south Jeddah district east of Al Sanabil, three storey apartment buildings with new villas under construction on vacant land, south of Al Ajawid and north east of Al Taawun, with Al Laith Road near the western edge.
Dust and grit fall quickly in the mixed district, and smooth surfaces hold both, so we start high and work down systematically.
Old bathrooms may be cramped in small flats and confined, so products need strong formulation to remove scale and mould in tight spaces.
Kitchens are small and furniture blocks the space, so we use a strong cleaner but avoid harsh chemicals that might affect nearby surfaces and textiles.
Worn smooth floors need sweeping first then mopping with an appropriate solution, followed by a dry pass to remove any cleaner residue from the aged surface.
Glass and mirrors may be very close to furniture, so we wipe carefully to avoid damaging what sits nearby in tight quarters.
Touch points and handles need frequent wiping because small flats mean more contact with every surface and more handprints accumulate.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.

Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Huda is located near Al Laith Road to the west and Al Huda Mosque and Al Huda Park are familiar references for the district. Work starts from the shared entrance and flows up into the flats, while new villas are arranged from their private courtyards outward.
We provide these in Al Huda too, and more than one can share a single visit.
