We clean the flat, not just the view
Tops of cupboards, tracks, vents and touch points are in the job by default.
Al Huda is a developing south Jeddah district with three storey apartment blocks and new villas among vacant plots. The old flats have shared hallways, repeated floors and basic surfaces, and the new villas gleam but face dust pressure from the neighbourhood. Al Laith Road runs near the district edge, and the park and quiet character make it less dusty than areas near the expressway, so the air is fresher and both old flats and new villas stay cleaner for longer.
The district mixes old simple flats with new villas, each type has different cleaning needs, and dust is less heavy than in areas next to the expressway. For the method itself, see our apartment cleaning service in detail.
Three storey apartment blocks have shared hallways and basic ceramic or plain cement floors. Simple floors take sole marks and dust easily and need frequent sweeping.
New villas are shiny with beautiful marble or porcelain, but vacant land around the district sends dust and grit that scratches them easily.
Al Huda Park beside the district provides green space and cleaner air. The neighbourhood is quieter than Al Ajawid and further north because of distance from the expressway and less traffic.
A south Jeddah district east of Al Sanabil, south of Al Ajawid and north east of Al Taawun, with three storey apartment buildings, new villas going up on vacant plots and Al Laith Road nearby.
Cupboard tops in the flat collect less dust than areas near the expressway, but a flat next to an open window collects more.
The simple kitchen in the old flat needs good cleaning of fronts and floors, and usually does not have heavy limescale deposits.
The bathroom in a simple flat does not suffer from heavy deposits but old ceramic needs sweeping before mopping.
Basic ceramic floors in the flat take dirt easily, dry sweep and mop with appropriate solution are usually sufficient.
Windows and glass collect less dust than in other areas because Al Huda is quieter, but windows facing the street do collect some dust.
Behind furniture and appliances in the flat dust accumulates but not heavily; ordinary sweeping and mopping are enough.
Room by room, before anything starts, so we agree what is in scope and what the price covers.
High surfaces before low ones, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in the bathroom, each left to act rather than scrubbed dry.
Switches, handles, door edges and interior glass, the marks at hand height that a floor-and-surface clean walks straight past.
Vacuumed then washed after everything above them is done, worked into corners and skirting rather than just the open middle.
We go back through the flat with you.
Tops of cupboards, tracks, vents and touch points are in the job by default.
The company runs several teams, and we send a team rather than one person.
Machines and supplies arrive with the team.
If what you need is a painter or a pest service rather than a clean, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Huda sits beside Al Huda Mosque and Al Huda Park and Al Laith Road, and these landmarks set access to the flats and villas and which areas need more care: properties facing Al Laith Road collect more dust than those inside the quiet neighbourhood.
We provide these in Al Huda too, and more than one can share a single visit.
