We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Hindawiyah is an old, crowded quarter in central Jeddah beside Jeddah Islamic Port, made up of tightly packed apartment blocks of varying heights with repeated floors and single shared entries. Post-construction cleaning here means dealing with building dust trapped in a block where dozens of neighbours share one entrance, and narrow shared stairs that hold dust and plaster.
The single shared entrance and narrow stairs for the whole building make dust transfer between flats easy, and neighbours report dust settling on their door frames. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
The stairs are narrow and shared by dozens of flats, and dust falls from the upper flat to lower ones every time a door opens. Plaster and gypsum residue leaves hard deposits on steps that only come off with dedicated scraping.
The building's single entry faces the street and the market directly. Dust from the road and the busy souks enters with every door opening. The entrance transfers pollution from the street through doors and walls into the building.
The port sits beside the district, and moisture and salt enter the flat through walls and windows. Fresh plaster and paint are affected by salt which leaves gaps and cracks.
An old, densely populated quarter beside Jeddah Islamic Port dating from the nineteenth century, divided by Al Dhahab Street into a waterfront section and an inland traditional district. Residential apartment buildings sit directly above hundreds of shops and traditional markets.
Dust from shared stairs falls from above and settles on lower steps and the entrance, complete sweeping is necessary.
Plaster on stairs and entrance has hardened from moisture and salt, scraping must be careful not to damage old surfaces.
Glass and frames in the narrow entrance carry salt and street dust, removal needs separate treatment from interior windows.
Paint spatter on stairs and walls needs careful removal without damaging the old paintwork underneath.
Stickers and adhesive on visible pipes and wiring are removed carefully so they do not mark the damp walls.
Floors in the entrance and stairs are old, possibly old stone or vintage ceramic that needs a gentle final wash.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Hindawiyah is an old quarter squeezed between Jeddah Islamic Port and Al Dhahab Street which divides it into two sections. Flats are reached through narrow entrances close to Port Street and the traditional souks below.
We provide these in Al Hindawiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
