We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Hamra sits on the Red Sea shore, an established upmarket district where residential towers stand alongside villas, all overlooking the Corniche directly. This is different from the new northern districts: the salt air is heavier here, the apartments hold higher humidity because they are older and more tightly sealed, and restaurants and cafes at street level add cooking grease to the coastal dust. The work needs to address salt, moisture and grease together, not just building dust.
Apartments above restaurants trap cooking smell and fine oil particles even after washing, and require extra air handling and repeated ventilation cycles to clear odour from fabrics and vents. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
The Red Sea here leaves heavier salt than the northern coast, and restaurants and cafes below the flats release fine cooking oil that carries dust and salt upward. Humidity makes every surface tacky, and the grease requires solvents that do not leave films on glass or residue on tiles.
Al Hamra mixes tall residential towers with ground-level villas. Upper flats need salt removed from the building facade and balconies, where spray collects; ground villas face sand and salt water entering through gardens and front courtyards, requiring separate treatment of outdoor boundaries.
An upmarket Corniche district means constant restaurant, cafe and shop activity, with entrances seeing continuous movement that brings sand and salt water inside. Shared entries and communal lobbies need a different protocol from private homes.
The Corniche is immediately outside, creating constant high humidity and salt spray. The King Fahd Fountain nearby adds additional mineral-laden spray to windows and exterior surfaces, and heavy foot traffic at the street brings sand and salt water to every entrance.
Greasy dust from restaurants below clings to high surfaces stubbornly, so we clean ceiling and upper walls first with a gentle solvent before water washing to break down the grease film.
Cement and plaster remnants here are bound with salt and grease, so we use specialist cleaners that tackle all three at once without damaging new surfaces or protective coatings.
Glass needs doubled attention because salt, mineral spray and grease all leave residue, so we clean with specialist solutions then seal with a protective layer against re-crystallisation.
Paint spatter mixed with salt and grease on tiles requires a gentle cleaner first, then multiple rinses with clean water to strip every layer of deposit without scratching the surface.
Stickers and adhesives on windows are harder here because humidity and grease weaken adhesion unevenly, so we soften carefully and remove residue with specialist solvents, not scraping.
Marble and porcelain floors need complete drying to prevent salt or grease re-crystallising as residual moisture evaporates, then we seal lightly to protect the new finish.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Coastal area: high humidity and salt air through the year
The immediate seafront position means salt does not just hang in the air but deposits on every surface at high speed. Grease from nearby restaurants carries the salt upward into the apartments, so the job must address salt and grease as a single problem, not dust removal alone.
We provide these in Al Hamra too, and more than one can share a single visit.
