We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rawdah is an established central district along Madinah Road, home to upmarket villas and modern apartment buildings alongside shops, cafes and hotels. Building here is often not new construction but renovation and refurbishment of existing homes. The dust this creates is harder to manage because it penetrates older floor surfaces and existing furniture.
Many homes here are renovations inside occupied apartments or older villas, so cleaning requires extra care around existing furniture and fixtures. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
Al Rawdah has many older villas and apartments being refurbished from within. Renovation dust penetrates aged floor surfaces, clings to existing curtains and leaves residue on furniture. This needs extra care around existing items and demands protective coverings.
The marble in older villas and apartments is extremely sensitive. Cement remnants stick hard to it and need very careful scraping to avoid leaving scratches. Water alone is not enough to lift it.
In many Al Rawdah renovations, furniture stays in place. We cover it with protective sheets before spraying and scraping. Dust clouds travel far and damage older furnishings easily.
A central district along Madinah Road with modern apartment buildings and upmarket villas standing beside shops and restaurants on Tahlia Street and Prince Sultan Road, bordered by Al Faisaliyah, Al Khalidiyah, Al Salamah and Al Zahra.
In Al Rawdah, existing older surfaces collect dust easily, so we start high and move down with care to avoid damage to aged ceilings and fixtures.
Cement remnants on older marble floors need suction first, then very gentle scraping that leaves no scratches behind.
Glass in nearby hotels and shops reflects light, so the cloudy film shows clearly. We wash it until it is completely glossy again.
Paint spatter on existing furniture needs extreme care. We do not scrape directly but suction first, then wipe gently with a special solution.
Stickers on older doors and windows may leave strong adhesive marks. We remove them very gently using a special solution to avoid damaging the older paint.
Floor surfaces vary across Al Rawdah, so we wash them with particular care. Some are marble, some ceramic tile, and we choose the right method for each type.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district means shops below and apartments above. Building the upper floors and walls leaves dust that settles on facades, windows and ceilings. Cleaning here requires special attention to floors because they bear the traffic between apartment and shop below.
We provide these in Al Rawdah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
