We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Andalus is a villa district on the Corniche side, and cleaning here differs from apartments: large spaces, gardens and expansive windows mean dust enters from more points and in greater volume. Salt from the sea settles on every pane and metal frame. The garden, bathroom, large kitchen and long hallways each have different needs. A sweep of the whole property is not enough; each zone needs the right technique.
Villas here are large with extensive outdoor areas, so dust, sand and salt enter from multiple points and accumulate in greater quantities than in flats. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
A villa garden means more external openings to the construction envelope. Garden sand enters on footsteps and sea salt settles on windowsills. External pathways and thresholds need separate cleaning before interior work, or sand will be carried inward on shoes.
Villas in Al Andalus feature wide and tall windows overlooking gardens and the Corniche. Salt and sand accumulate on sills, high soffits and window recesses. Cleaning high glass and metal frames needs specialist equipment and care not to drop residue onto cleaned surfaces.
Spacious villas have long corridors and multiple rooms where dust accumulates in each zone. Long curtains, wide floors and numerous cupboards trap dust more than a compact flat. Dust that settles overnight in a villa takes longer to remove than in a single-storey apartment.

Dust and salt fall from above, so we start from high surfaces, tall windows and ledges to avoid resettling particles on cleaned lower areas.
Cement and plaster remnants on external floors and terraces are scraped carefully before washing to avoid scratching marble or soft stone.
The abundance of glass and wide windows requires separate cleaning from salt and light grease marks that sea air deposits.
Paint specks are less common on villas but protective coatings on glass may leave faint marks that need targeting.
Labels and protective tape on glass and doors are removed carefully from valuable marble and metalwork.
External and internal floors are washed last, with terraces and gardens before interior work.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Villas mean spacious outdoor areas and gardens, so cleaning is not confined to the interior: we must clean boundaries, thresholds and external surfaces so sand and salt do not reenter the home after we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Cleaning in Al Andalus addresses the spacious villas along Andalus Road and near Tahliah Street, where large grounds and front gardens require specialist care to prevent salt and sand from returning to the home interior.
We provide these in Al Andalus too, and more than one can share a single visit.
