We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Faisaliyah is an older central district in Jeddah with dense apartment buildings and villas, King Fahd Road cutting through it and Sari Street as its commercial spine. The floors here are terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth from long use and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Fine black dust from the main roads settles on rugs and curtains, requiring more frequent washing than in quieter areas.
Old villas here have terrazzo floors that stain from grease and black dust fast, and kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy mineral deposits that have built up for years. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
Terrazzo floors in older villas are worn smooth and take cooking grease from the street and shops very quickly, becoming black and slippery. Ordinary cleaning does not remove this buildup: it needs a strong degreaser to break down the accumulated oil. This problem does not exist in new districts with modern floors.
Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy lime scale on taps, around drains and on walls, built up from years of hard water. This scale is hard to remove by simple washing and needs scrubbing with specialist products. You do not find this level of deposit in new villas with modern plumbing.
King Fahd Road is a main trunk road with constant heavy traffic that raises fine black dust. This dust enters the villa and clings to rugs and curtains much more than in districts away from main roads. Fabrics need washing more often because they absorb the black dust rapidly.
An older central district of Jeddah with dense apartment buildings and villas. King Fahd Road runs through it, bounded by Prince Majid Road and Madinah Road. Sari Street is its commercial spine of restaurants and banks, and Bugshan Hospital and a University of Jeddah campus are among its landmarks.
High light fittings and fans gather heavy black dust from the main roads, so we use equipment to reach them safely and clean the wiring and motors of accumulated dust deposits.
The stairwell and handrail pick up hand marks and black dust from the street, especially if the stairs are terrazzo or old ceramic. Frequent cleaning and specialist polish protect the worn surface.
The main kitchen carries grease buildup from years of cooking and street fumes. Kitchen walls and upper cabinets are black from grease, so we focus on removing the black layer with a strong degreaser product.
The bathrooms have heavy mineral deposits that have built up for years. Taps, drains and walls show thick white scale, so we need a specialist strong product and careful scrubbing that does not damage old pipes.
Windows gather fine black dust from the main roads, and sills need cleaning every three weeks because dust is constant. Window frames around the glass accumulate black grime that plain water cannot remove.
The entrance and thresholds collect black dust from the main street, and the floor around the door is black from dust and grease combined. We focus on cleaning the frame gap and threshold edge with a degreaser product.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Faisaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
