We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Ghadeer is a villa district in north Jeddah near Red Sea beaches, each home has its own garden and boundary wall. The coastal location means constant salt and humid air, and modern villas have wide windows and large gardens. Fine sand enters from the garden and salt deposits on glass daily. Post-construction cleaning here differs from villas far from the coast.
The coastal location means daily salt in the air and humid conditions, sand from the beach enters the gardens, and villas have large open windows. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Al Ghadeer is very close to the water, and salt from sea air settles on glass, metal frames and outdoor fabrics daily. This salt forms a film that dims transparency, and plain water will not remove it. A gentle acid wash and strong freshwater rinse removes it, but it returns within weeks.
Each villa has a large garden, and fine beach sand enters the garden and drifts into the home under doors and around windows. Sand scratches new marble and porcelain if you mop before sweeping.
Modern villas favour air and light, with very large windows and big glass doors. This makes salt, sand and humid air easy to enter. Your cleaning today is clean, but within a week the home feels damp and salty again.
A modern villa district in north Jeddah close to the Red Sea, each home with its own garden and wall, served by King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Sultan Road.
Salt and sand come from the sea and the garden, so we start at roof level and windows and work down with focus on glass and frames.
Cement and plaster spots on premium marble are gently scraped so the polished surface is not damaged.
Glass and ceramic need repeated cleaning because salt constantly settles on them.
Paint spatter on new surfaces is carefully scraped before final washing.
Stickers and adhesive on floors are removed carefully so no tacky residue remains.
Floors are washed last after heavy sweeping and thorough extraction, with a final very strong rinse.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Ghadeer sits between King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Sultan Road close to North Corniche Street. We coordinate access via the main roads, and the coastal location with scattered villas means each home has its own separate timing.
We provide these in Al Ghadeer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
